From the moment you walk in the door they were extremely welcoming. They made sure to ask about experience and fitness level and the instructor actually remembered this information and checked in on me throughout the class. They provided towels, mats etc. The atmosphere was fun and not pretentious at all. Jodi the instructor really knew what she was doing. A nice balance of strength and balance movements. Class had all experience levels from 1st timers to serious yoga ladies. By the end of class I was drenched (it is hot yoga after all)

Whenever I travel I like to take advantage of trying new Bikram studios and I was pleased to find one in Albuquerque. I went to the 6am class and upon walking in the door, the male teacher greeted me with a 'sorry our heat is broken.' Not 'hi' or 'welcome' but a warning of what was to come. Bikram yoga without heat is like ice skating in August. The studio was clean and I imagine that if everything were in proper working condition then it would be a great studio but I would advise that the teachers at the front desk work on a better way of greeting their students.

Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle, oh how you helped take the pain away…read more I was out riding my bike the morning after a storm. The storm had just broke and it was a beautiful early morning. An unforeseen obstruction was suddenly in the road as I came around the corner and BLAM!!! Over the handlebars I went and my carbon bike shattered into three pieces. I had to make a flight in just a couple of hours. I didn't have anything major broken but I was bleeding in many places and definitely already getting sore and stuff as I drove to the airport. I couldn't turn my head to the left by the time I got to the airport and my left arm had limited movement. Nothing had improved by the time I landed in ABQ and I needed to play in a golf tournament the next morning. After taking a few moments to pour over reviews of medically therapeutic therapists I luckily landed on Rochelle. I called her and explained the situation to her. She even stayed late to get me in. Rochelle took the time to evaluate me and then once I was on the table her intuition of what my body needed was impressive. I firmly believe she greatly mitigated the level of pain and seriousness of my injuries with her early same day intervention. Her service was certainly 5 Star worthy. The business lost a star for location and difficulty to find.
