This place is fun. The bartenders are great and the drinks are strong. If you hate smoke, don't go in - you're still allowed to smoke indoors here. But I've got a strong nostalgic streak, and this reminds me of bars 15 years ago, and I like it. But if you're at all coronavirus concerned, don't go in! I don't understand the 4 star rating. Giving it 3 stars is a stretch for me. It is a typical small town bar. The food is typical small town bar food. Not that great. It is a pretty smokey place, also. It might be a fun place to get a drink, but I would pass on the food unless you are desperate. read more

This is one of the few places open in Pinedale on a Monday night. They have a limited menu of bar food but it is OK if you aren't discriminating.My buddy found what we are hoping was the tip of a rubber glove in his hamburger bun. My other friend had trouble getting the server to understand he just wanted a burger and not a cheeseburger. Fun bar! Real accomadating. Stopped in because my German friend wanted to catch a soccer match on a big screen TV in the middle of the day. Jenny set my friend up in the back room with the big screen and got him a couple of beers. All the locals at the bar were very friendly and the beers were only $3.00. Very colorful. Fun place to have a drink. Supposedly the food is good, but we didn't try it. We went there because we'd heard that there was a card game going on there 62 years ago. One of the players accused another of cheating, stood up, pulled a gun and shot the alleged cheater. On lookers dragged the body away, covered the blood with sawdust, and continued to play. It could have happened there; the place dates back to the 1920's. read more
