The constant fed back helps with confidence building as new moves are learned. It's only been a month, but my grandson watches the videos and practices almost everyday. I can see his enthusiasm and confidence growing.

Black or brown folks will be ignored during classes. Sad, because the owners themselves are POC but they have very close ties to maga folks. They also promote people very easily. As long as you're paying, the 'master' doesn't care. Everyone gets a belt promotion. ***UPDATE*** Yelp seems to be hiding my review about this place. Let me add more info since it's so weird for my review to just disappear like that. I had a niece and nephew attend this place for a few years. At first things were great, then the owners got greedy and changed the timeframe of the classes as well as the quantity of classes you could take. They lost a lot of students because of this but those that were loyal stayed. My brother and sister in law contemplated on leaving since the classes were shorter and were only twice a week now instead of three times a week with an additional half hour. Oh, not to mention, THE PRICE STAYED THE SAME WITH THIS CHANGE. So not only were you paying MORE but got LESS. My nephew was on the spectrum and my niece was not. The difference in how they were treated was not what I was expecting. I came to a great amount of their lessons to watch but after seeing how the school was ran, couldn't bring myself to support this place. Obviously the decision to keep them there was not up to me but I couldn't stand it. Seeing the little black and brown kids get very obvious low standard treatment compared tho their Caucasian and Asian counterparts were incredibly sad. They are not at all prepared or even educated enough to handle children on the spectrum. The 'master' has lost his patience many times and tries to play it off but it's very obvious to those sitting and watching. Again, I would urge all black and brown parents to take their kids elsewhere.

It's really very cool to see how quickly your child will transform in this program. My son started…read morein the Little Dragon's program a few months ago and while we knew he was going to be interested in taekwondo, we had no idea how obsessed he'd become instantly! As a child on the spectrum, we have seen huge improvements in his joint attention, discipline, turn taking, and learning routines. There are kids in his class who have been attending longer and are great role models during class. I love that Master Garmany sets clear rules for how to behave in class. He has had my son sit out when he's misbehaving and it's been really good for him to have a direct consequence. He really doesn't want to have to sit out and understands that there is a certain way he needs to behave to participate. Stamps during class for good behavior and stickers at the end are the biggest deal to my son, it's really adorable. Master Garmany really has thought about everything when putting this business together. I love that the Little Dragon's class is so child friendly. Watching little films before class starts, listening to CoComelon during musical chairs, imaginative play during warm up and stretch time. It's really sweet. Now, here's where it gets even more exciting. There is a room full of toys and imaginative play that the little ones can go in, or their siblings. Great amount of seating area to watch your kids. There's an epic arcade for kids and parents to come nerd out in. And there is an awesome workout area for parents to use anytime. All of this is included in your child's membership! I also love that Master Garmany coordinates lots of events that the kids can attend, participate, or help out in. Star Wars movie nights, rock concerts, taco trucks, um yes please! Thank you Master Garmany for how much thought you've put into creating such a welcoming beautiful place.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never been exposed to martial arts. I purchased a Groupon…read morefrom this business to give it a shot and see if it was something my son would be into. My first impression with this place wasn't the greatest. The first time I took my 4 year old son the instructor was late and didn't check us in or explain much or how their program worked. However, the instructor was great with the class. He was fun as engaging and really got the kids going. At the end of the class one of the younger instructors was there and I mentioned it was my first sons first time. He helped get us registered and went over the check in process. At the end a lady finished getting us setup and gave us the T-shirt that came with the Groupon. This put some ease into my first impression. Throughout the next few weeks my son went 2x a week and a few of those times the instructor was late and one time there was no class because the instructor was sick but we weren't even informed. No email or anything. With that said I will say my son enjoyed it and it appeared all of the kids enjoyed it as well. I will say that I am disappointed that I wasn't able to use the last few classes that came with the Groupon. I was told it expired and that I would need to register for their regular fees. No where on the Groupon website or fine print does it say there is a time frame in which the classes had to be done it just said 16 and that you couldn't have us a Groupon in the last 12 months. There was a push even at the beginning to go with their promo as opposed to the Groupon but I wasn't in a rush since I wanted to check it out first. This experience had some bumps. If you buy a Groupon get clarification because there is no indication of a timeframe. Although we've had some up and down experiences I can see where this would be great for kids. Also looks like they'll be moving to a bigger location which should be good since they have quite a bit of students.

I was told by one of my friends that attend that I should sign my children up.
