It's a smaller place but there was no one in there so we were helped immediately by a really friendly guy. The process was fast and easy and we were in and out in relatively no time at all. As we were about to leave we noticed that the side mirror was a little loose but he had someone tighten it up for us quickly. Customer service was great and our experience was smooth and easy. What else could we ask for?

What a find! I was ready to throw away my almost new chain…read moresaw and I came across this small business. Decided to give it a try. Chris , the owner not only fixed it to perfection but also gave me a lengthy tutorial on how to use and maintain it. Never got such service from repair shops at chain stores. Did not hold back any training because I am a woman! He went beyond just fixing the chain saw by making me a mini chain saw mechanic with his patience. Knows his job, so patient and understands your needs before completing the job. Plan to use him for all my tools! Thanks to closing of Home Depot repair shop I found this great neighborhood place. Highly recommend for all repairs. Anu Chawla

Wanted to use an outdated measurement from someone else instead of measuring the kitchen himself,…read moreeven though the design, including the sink, had changed. Please read on, it gets worse. Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..

For a small operation, we were thrilled with their service and the quality of their work on our countertop, doorway saddle, shower curb and shelf was excellent. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Unlike another reviewer's suspiciously negative comments (why is someone in San Francisco bashing a Long Island business?) we were not asked to pay in cash, and there were no problems or issues of any kind. The installers were careful, responsible and professional.
