I was initially going to hire a handyman but Pedro's pricing was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. They removed the entire deck, cleaned and leveled the area, hauled away old wood pieces, AND cleaned where their truck was parked to remove dirt and wood chips!! It was so much more than I expected. The entire team worked meticulously on the demolition, and I know their design/install would be just as great. I'm trying to budge my yard renovation projects and can't wait to hear back from Pedro on quotes for future projects.

Eesa, the owner, made sure that it was very thoroughly cleaned - 3X - and took photos of before and after; it is almost as good as new now, bright and all the colors come back to life. I appreciate his care for my rug, and I now also know that I should be washing my rugs at least every 5 years, to preserve them! Helpful information and a very kind manner. I would recommend a visit just to look at the beautiful rugs hanging in the shop, some extremely old and intricate.

Sadly, I no longer recommend this business. Erik used to be professional and focused but he is…read morenothing like that now. He is late. Will break things and not let you know. He left the last job on which he was supposed to fix some blinds that he hung lop sided. They looked great except the mechanism that raises and lowers them no longer works on one side. It is a fight to get it up or down. Erik left without saying a word about it and won't return to correct his error. I guess I should have checked it out with all the mistakes he's made lately. I had his help with a recent move and he did not follow directions well at all. He didn't put the cat drinking water fountain in the car like he had been asked to. Instead he put it in his truck and broke the main ceramic dish. Then he didn't tell us about it until I texted him two days later when I couldn't locate it to set it up. If he had been a professional and let us know we could've ordered a replacement immediately. He helped pack a room for me but ended up making the unpacking so much more difficult because he added the numbers 1 and 2 to the boxes. Those were my numbers for boxes to be opened immediately. Because he added them to another 15 boxes I ended up with a huge stack that had to be unpacked in order to get to the ones that really did need to be unpacked immediately. He was supposed to set up the TV but didn't have the connection cables and didn't ask me for them. So I ended up doing it myself early the next day before Comcast came out. He set up a portable air conditioner without the drain hose which caused some stuff to get wet. I've had someone else fix this. Erik strung us out for hours and completely bailed on one occasion.

WOW! I thought I needed to rent a power washer - I first called the other 2 rental equipment places in San Rafael - I talked to Jackson, I talked to All Star, told them all the details of my situation, and it seemed their equipment would be too strong for my job, but they made no other suggestions for alternative solutions. After calling them (and All Star did suggest calling Cal West - thank you All Star for doing so!) - I called Cal-West and am so glad Will answered the phone! I told him the project the same as I told the other 2 places and he was kind and caring enough to actually have genuine insight into my situation as homeowner with a cleaning project and made the awesome suggestion of a different tool that would actually get my job done MORE effectively without harming the surface - and he spoke from personal experience and told me how he uses this inexpensive tool successfully in many applications himself! It is a telescoping wand handle with a choice of brush heads that I can attach to my own garden hose and clean the outdoor rugs without damaging them! No other place suggested this solution. I told them exactly what the job was too - no one there suggested this - but Will did! Thank you sir! You were kind enough to help someone even if I don't now need to rent a piece of equipment - you suggested a device that will enable me to safely clean outdoor area rugs to get off mud, algae and weeds from being outdoors all winter - without destroying them - plus I have a R hand fracture in a brace - you were so kind and helpful - thank you again Will you're a hero for this homeowner today!
