Imagine our surprise when we went to move our things over the weekend and the back left corner of one of our units was absolutely infested with mice. Thousands of dollars in things have been destroyed and will need to be disposed of. Fortunately some things are replaceable but other things like family heirlooms are not. When I called to let them know, they didn't appear to care nor did they let us know if they would be sending over an exterminator. They simply said "well, the people next to you didn't have a problem." An "I'm sorry that happened to you, and we will send someone over right away to take a look" would've gone a long way. The office manager said they aren't liable as their insurance only covers the building, not the contents. He also said he would have the landlord call, but that never happened. Unfortunately, I could never recommend them as we have spent $200 a month for 3 years and our possessions are ruined.

The truck, which was new and clean, showed up right on time- 8:30 on the dot. These guys got out and went to work. Literally poetry in motion. The 3 guys were fast, courteous and very professional. And expect notes tucked in your door instead of real correspondence. We've gotten numerous notes saying we have fees to pay them, and days later when they called us back, each and every fee was a mistake on their part. You would think with all those notes they would notify you when they are showing your apartment, but they don't. Once we received a call a few hours before the showing, and once they just arrived at the door with no prior notice. DO NOT trust these people and DO NOT rent from them.
