He's awesome to work with, like genuinely knowledgeable, very experienced, professional and fun to be around. The way he honed in on exercises that I needed and the little tweaks he makes to form while I'm lifting is incredibly helpful. I feel like I've been learning a lot from him and plan to continue the pt at least until the end of the month! I've made it to a couple of classes so far and have really loved them too (including Natalie's hot yoga!!). I think once I get more comfortable and a bit stronger from the workouts I'm learning in pt then I'll start making it to more of the classes and more frequently.
