FORREST ROBBED ME! DO NOT COME HERE! THIS GUY WILL RUIN YOUR STUFF AND TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO…read moreACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT!! I am beside myself right now! I gave this guy so many chances to right his wrongs before I gave this review. I got 2 pairs of shears done here a week ago that I use for dog grooming and he charged me $40 and said he needed an hour. $40 is really high and an hour is obscene but I gave him a shot anyways. BTW it was a 20 minute drive for me one way. I drove all the way home and drove all the way back and picked them up later that day. When I got home, neither one of them cut hair. I had to go out of my way and drive all the way back AGAIN so he could "fix" them. My straight scissors seemed ok after he "fixed" them, so I gave him another pair of straights to do while he attempted to fix my curved scissors. I wanted to believe in this guy and give him my business. This is his career, his business name carries the word "Shears" so I figured, maybe, he just had a bad day the first time. I even paid for the second pair of straights to be done, but I felt it was pretty unbelievable he even charged me for them, considering all of this. Don't I feel like a dummy because when I got home for the 3rd time, the 2nd pair of straights I paid for today, also won't cut hair. None of them cut! My $100 pair of curved scissors(the most important ones) appear to be damaged beyond repair. It bends the hair all the way to the top. They are completely ruined. He made them even worse the 2nd time around. I called him politely today and told him none of my scissors cut hair, and that I can't afford to pay again for someone else to fix them and he started yelling at me and told me I'm too negative and to take my business elsewhere. He had the nerve to tell me it was all my fault my shears don't work when they worked fine before I gave them to him! I just wanted them sharpened so I could go back to work. He took absolutely no accountability or had any remorse and had no issue taking my hard earned money knowing damn well that he was incapable of sharpening them. My shears are my livelihood as a single mother and He ruined all of them. I should of never came here and givin this guy so many chances and so much money. This guy claims to be a working American but there is nothing American about how he conducts business. Business who rob their customers should not stay open and should never be supported. This guy is a criminal!

Luckily several competitors recommended Plastic Man. I thought I was going to see a comic book superhero. They didn't dissApoint ànd it was done under estimate ànd under budget. As I was walking out holding my $50 job (Sonia offered, almost insisted to help me carry it out) there was what had to be a $5000 job coming out on the loading dock. The juxtaposition was noticeable. The work was done beautifully. Highly recommended. Wayne S/Mr Magic

My table is about 96' long and 41' wide. I was concerned about how to get that home once it is cut but they offered delivery for a fee. The day of delivery, the gentleman delivering it was very friendly. The sheet was cut perfectly to the size specifications I provided and was rounded off nicely to avoid sharp edges or corners. It turns out really well and it is now protecting my table. The customer services here was very professional yet warm. I gathered they mostly provide custom cuts to hotels nearby but am glad they took on my order and was affordable (definitely depending on the cuts and thickness too). For me, it was affordable and I only had to wait for a couple of days, so overall, I really had a great experience with Plastic Man and was very pleased with the product.

Vegas Upholstery was the vendor we chose. Working with Marisol, the Vegas Upholstery sales rep, was great. The fit is great and they feel really nice to sit on. The cushions did take a bit longer to make than expected. We attribute that to (1) Vegas Upholstery was busy when we first approached them, and (2) one of the fabrics took a while to come from the manufacturer. But overall, we're very happy with the quality. The cost was reasonable as well.

Ken and Eric have not only have helped me with many larger projects that I couldn't complete on my own, but they also are the only place I recommend for high quality work. Just a word about me - I've been working in this industry for 40+ years, I've taught woodworking for 30+ years. I'm on the cusp of retirement, so these days, I take on much smaller jobs. I send most of my clients with larger projects to Legacy, and honestly, they're just about the only company I trust to do the job properly, with respect for your home. They pay keen attention to your needs, and will advise you with their years of expertise. Sure, there are a lot of cabinet shops in town, but there are also a lot of companies doing shoddy work, or worse - disappearing with your deposit. Legacy is NOT that kind of company. I saw one bad review - and that just doesn't make sense. Not a single person I've sent there has anything but stellar comments about the work they produce, whether it's freestanding furniture for a home, built-ins that require tricky installation, or commercial pieces for restaurants, offices, salons and more. They answer their phone, or will get back to you when they're free. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, and better yet - they're just the type of company that you trust coming into your home. (You don't want to hear my nightmare story about hiring a serviceman to clean my sooty fireplace... I'd sooner hire the devil before I'd use that company again.) People who leave a bad review on Yelp, when all the other comments are positive, make me wonder if they're the one with the issue, not the company. As a small business owner, it's frustrating to have a hundred happy clients, yet that one bad review is the one that gets all the attention. If you're looking for great work and a company that you can trust - I do believe Legacy is the company to contact.
