Smooth process from start to finish. It took an hour for a medium-size car to get waxed. Satisfied with the quick waxed service. Staff were nice and courteous. The bathroom was clean. They had a covered waiting area with 10 chairs. Been coming here for my car and my wife's car if we need a wax or quick wash. Last two (2) car washes, after checking; had to send our car for a second wash since there were spots that weren't cleaned. Recommended if you're looking for a reliable car wash spot. I should've just stayed with my initial feeling. when I paid for the car wash, I thought it was my whole vehicle when the employee told me that my car was ready. The bed of the truck was still very dusty and dirty. They had not touched that at all when I went and told the owner instead of being apologetic and just fixing the problem I was lectured into letting me know that it was something that I separately had to ask them for it to be done, there's no signs on there that indicated if you're driving a truck and you want the bed clean, you have to tell us separately so that was also something that wasn't OK with me, definitely did not get my moneys worth. I've been a repeat customer (almost on a yearly basis) since 2017. This time I brought in the Camry with some light scratch marks after grazing some plastic bollards. I thought they couldn't be buffed out, but Tito and staff continue to impress me as virtually all of the light scratches came out. The paint job on my 6-year old car (that I consistently run through Soapy Joe's) still receives the occasional compliment for being shiny. For that, I have Tito and San Diego Auto Detail to thank.

I was out of town and went to a car wash and the based was $22.99. I hurriedly remembered I had SuperStar and drove an additional five miles for free. If Superstar brand is in the city or state, your car wash is unlimited. TIP: The wheel cleaner option is ineffective. I prespray the wheels before entering the car wash. Then wipe down. I would recommend getting a detail once every three months if you consistently wash your car weekly.

You'll never find a station that is missing clean towels and that's not the case for all car washes. As long as wash our car more than twice a month, it's a great value for us. My only complaint is that I wish they would bring back the less masculine smelling air fresheners. But otherwise, this place is pretty excellent and we'll be back.
