Two other women immediately joined him at the register, one being Gia who acted as though this $150 was a big deal, leaving me almost feeling "criminal!" Gia immediately asked for the receipt and then explained that I only had 10 days to make a return. I explained that I had not looked at the receipt but did reference their website, which CLEARLY states their refund policy- being 30 days from the date of purchase. She then looked to the young man explaining that the receipt should be highlighted. I again explained that their website clearly states a 30 day REFUND policy. The young man asked if I wanted to exchange it and I told him no, again referencing the website policy. The purchase was made on 2/14/26 and not yet been returned for personal reasons. I explained that they need to follow their website policies or change them. My issue is the way ALL 3 employees immediately surrounded the register area, treating me like something was wrong! It gives an extremely poor feeling of customer service. This interaction was very unfortunate and their policy should have been followed.
