When I go to a seafood buffet, I usually try not to fill up on carbs because I want to save all the room for seafood -- but those mashed potatoes just looked too good. They were literally the last thing I ate, and I am very glad I decided to say yes to them! There was so much love put into the food, and the whole atmosphere had such a great, comfortable vibe. There was absolutely no reason for this level of hostility. Rules can be explained. Customers can be corrected. You do not scream in someone's face or put your hands on them. When we left, I told the guy at the front who collects money and stamps hands what had happened. His response was basically, "Oh yeah, the girl (bartender)? Yeah, sorry." Apparently, this behavior wasn't exactly a surprise. A simple explanation would have been enough. Instead, this bartender completely ruined the vibe and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. Disgusting, hostile, and profoundly unprofessional behavior.
