For example, a valve needed a simple repair, and after getting approval from the inspector and a plumber, Reva asked the lighting person to fix it instead of hiring a plumber. She offered various staging options as well. They were both flexible and accommodating with the estate sale people when there were scheduling conflicts. Jackie expertly handled the documents, disclosures, and closing process. She worked with the HOA as needed.
