I had my procedure April 16,2022 today is June 8,2022 and I still haven't had a follow up with my surgeon. 53 days later I finally bothered them enough to schedule me an appointment for post op follow up but not until day 63 June 18,2022 which should have happened on day 2-3 (confirmed with their staff). So the lady Patty is the owner and head nurse of this location. Theirs a few nurses and a guy nurse who helps patty out. Patty was nice at first. I went here to get a consultation back like 3 months ago and she gave me a quote. The consultation should have been done by the doctor but it was done by the nurses who told me I would be able to see the doctor once I made up my mind on getting the surgery done. Patty gave me a specific price. I came back and told them I wanted the surgery. The guy nurse couldn't find my file wich they had told me they would keep until I would come back. I had only been gone 2 to 3 week and they got rid of my folder. I had told them I needed to decide what surgery I wanted which was between a bbl 360 and a tummy tuck with bbl. But I came back and I decided on the bbl 360. I them paid 3000 and they still didn't give me a actual appointment with the doctor for a consultation. They told me I had to do lab test and that then I could possibly see him then. I had also had a problem with them because they would brush me off on the financing. They kept saying that they couldn't finance me until after I did my blood work. But then they said that they could ask how much they would preference me for and that it would be a certain thing. When they did I got 1000 but then all I had to do was my blood work and get my paper work to get signed off. I had an apt on Monday of this week and I was the only one on the apt at 11 A.M Patty was late . Then the nurse guy sent in all the women that didn't have Apts that just needed quotes. I was their and I was upset seeing that all the other people were going inn before me that came after me. I proceeded to nock on Patty's door and told her that I had an appointment and that it was at 11. She took me back to the room I was inn that had nothing to do with signing papers. The area was to get seen from the doctors or nurses. I finally got sat down after she took another client after I brought it up to her attention. She then told me to give her a second it was 1 p.m . She told me that she had no appointments. But then she tried to prove it and their I was the only one on her calender. I told her she was unprofessional. Then she said my paper work that should have been ready wasn't emailed to her. I quickly picked up that she didn't sent something to the finance company and she didn't want me to speak to them. She also called me desperate to get financed. She tried to explained that you couldn't rush these things and that she feel bad for rushing them. I told her that I know I didn't come the Saturday before but that I called during the week and that she should had called them ahead of time to have it ready for me. She was also aware that I had made an apt for Thursday as she was the on who told me to make it. She told me she would have me see the doctor on Friday and that she would call me or text me. She never did and since my experience of their negligence was already their I came and waited for him. She got mad at me . Once I got to sit and calmly talk to my Dr. I asked when will I get my limpathic massages and when will I get my faja they said they would give me she walks inn. Then she said the faja they give to me on the day of surgery. Then I walk out of the room and Patty tries to say the Doctor changed my location. So I told her to let him tell me why because that as they keep changing things up on me and are inconsistent that I deserved to know why. She was mad and had an attitude and didn't want me to speak to him and tried to say he was in surgery when he wasn't at all. I clearly saw he wasn't and I basically demanded to talk to him. I come to find out Patty changed my location because she was upset from the day before and she was mad that I said that they were unprofessional and I was still upset in front of other people. Out of pride she gave me all my money back even for the lab and told me I wasn't getting my surgery done their no matter what. Even tho the doctor said he couldn't do my surgery in Venice wich want my original location in the first place. She tried to act like I called her out of her name and yelled out her when I was actually holding my composure. They are not good at customer service and they should have had the doctor give me my consultation along time ago not after I already had paid 5000 down. It's not the doctors fault it's the front desk and Patty. I also feel she's sneaky. And they don't called you back nor keep their word. Staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I was planning a procedure before the pandemic and that was put on hold. Now, I've been trying for about a month to get an appointment and the first time they said they would call a day before to confirm. I called because they never called and they said they didn't have any info on my number or name. Made another appointment and same thing happens. No record or anyone could answer anything regarding my appointment. Called a third time and the guy that answered seemed bothered to check, just hung up on me. Its been 2 YEARS! after my surgery and I still have not received my chemical peel that was included with my surgery (face lift) . I've gone and called soo many times that I've lost count. Every time I go or call they have an excuse that they do not have the materials to do the treatment or they schedule me for an appointment and I go and wait for 2 hours and then they call me to the window and say they have to reschedule because the person who does it is helping in surgery or that they forgot to order. the materials. What kind of business doesn't have materials or enough staff to do their jobs? They will be the most interested and giving when you book your appointment and have your surgery but after they have your money and you've had your surgery they no longer care about you. Patty is the women who always gives me the runaround and always promises and brushes all of my questions off when I am there. I've had to show up without an appointment numerous times to try to speak to a manager but guess what? No manager or supervisor and anyone in charge can speak to me...never! Not only have they not kept their promises about my chemical peel but my face-lift was a complete fail. They blame it on my skin type or age but I've seen women older than me with better results! I still have a turkey neck and basically look 5% better than I did before surgery. Really bad service and communication. I originally spoke to Patty on my consult day and she inform me I have to pay $500 to get some testing done but it will be toward my surgery amount. The day I went in for my blood work I was inform I could only pay cash and it would not be added to my surgery day. The same day I was inform they do accept enhance credit and care credit. Some guy called me letting me know everything was good and I can schedule an appointment for my surgery and he proceeded to ask for a payment and I said I will be going in to the office to use my care credit and he said they no longer accepted that which was weird because a week prior to that call they said yes. He inform me I can only use debit or personal credit card. Zero stars from my parr First of all this place is the worst place to go don't believe everything they promise you patty is such a lier the doctor is an asshole and has no way with his patients. I had surgery about a month ago so unprofessional I was at the garden grove facility first of all they have students helping him out the anesthesiologist so unprofessional looks like a crackhead the RN is a 70 yr old Asian lady can hardly walk and help out . I was rush to the ER after surgery thank god my mom called the paramedics they didn't want them in but my mom told them I was in really bad conditions. Paramedics mention to them where was the doctor at the doctor was no where at the facility they where mad and told them why was a discharge if I wasn't stable yet . They wanted to send me home with low pressure . Ones at the ER they mention I had lost a lot of blood and garment was to tight that I could of died. Doctor never called to see how I was doing was hospitalized for 4 days thank god the doctors where amazing .now I'm here following up with them every time I go in they treat me like shit but when I gave my $4,000 down payment they where so nice and sweet . Today I went for my 5 week follow up I mention to the doctor about the swelling he was such an a&@hole about it and said that's fat there's nothing I can do about it((( wrong answer you didn't pull enough skin))) so I just let him have it I was saving all my comments until 3 months passed by so I wouldn't judge until final results. I told him I didn't like my results he didn't do what was mention .
