She was diligent in calling and going over potential job specifics. She respected my salary requirements and only offered positions within that range. Extremely unprofessional !!! They throw their extreme religious views in your face which is very inappropriate when dealing with clients and candidates. I was called about a job where the pay was insulting and low. The agent claimed it was due to the location of Ft. Worth, but when I told her the same job pays significantly higher in Addison and Dallas she came up with a lame reason of the commute. When I received the online tests, they were for skills that were not even pertinent to the job I was presented with. I cancelled my in-person interview since I don't believe that mixing job searches with religion is appropriate. They have since called via a recorded message and sent an email even though I specifically told them they are NOT the right fit for me. I HATE WHEN RELIGION IS USED IN A BUSINESS SETTING !!!!! I have had the pleasure of working with this team for several months now and they have always been incredibly prompt with returning calls, e-mails, addressing my needs when it comes to logging time, payroll, and leadership level communication. I registered with Cornerstone when I re-located to the area but they have no followup compared with other agencies. They failed to return phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend. Several other agencies had offers for me within a few weeks. read more

Cathryn Gosoroski is disrespectful and did me wrong. Everyone else there I dealt with is disrespectful as well. Cathryn put me not eligible for rehire due to not giving me enough information about the job so I couldn't take the job when the interviewer told me a few things about the job. If I would have known I wouldn't proceed with that company I wanted to work for and try another. Simple. Cathryn lied in the info as to why she made me not eligible for rehire. She put in the computer that "I walked off the job". This is big lie considering I told her we tried to make it work and even my interview understood my situation and hoped for the best of me after I told him I will pass on the job offer. Cathrine then continued to argue disrespectfully and non intellectually. I wasn't there to argue so I let her give her 2 cents and get whatever she wanted off her chest. This company needs complete new employe training. Sad this has to happen to clients, also considering the company obviously only makes business off of clients. This is a terrible staffing agency. Expect to spend at least 4 hours at the initial interview with them. They claim to have "several positions available" but that is simply untrue. They don't return phone calls or emails. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company as they will just give you the run around! read more

Please DO NOT go through them. They are so judgemental. I went in there brutally honest with my impeccable resume and references. I had one job for a month that was a bad experience (and it was only a part time job, a second job, I work a full time one also that they NEVER called but told them they could), the manager stole money from the cash register to buy drugs so I quit and that was the ONLY reference they called. I never got the chance to explain the situation, they NEVER called any of my other references or jobs that I was at, which were all excellent. They are a self righteous better than you company. There are so many better temp agencies out there who do not make you feel like a piece of crap like they did me. Let him without sin cast the first stone. The most horrible, humiliating experience ever. And just to let you know Corner stone, I am a hard working good person. You do not deserve someone like me working for you. I am better than that! read more
