House buying was indeed stressful and mind blowing! But Mr. Gregg Harris and Lender City was truly Heaven's answer for us! He and his team surely did excellent and exceptional service making sure that his clients are well satisfied. They really exceeded our expectations and we were so grateful to God that we choose Lender City. We started Signing contract July 20, 2018 with the builder and from then on started shopping for mortgage lenders around. We found Lender city in BankRate.com. We ended up with 2 choices Crestmark Mortgage formerly Cornerstone(builders choice) and Lender City. We compared them head to head. Lender City vs. Competition Crestmark gave us 4.75% interest rate with 4.6 APR, they do have extra $5000 incentive BUT they charge with a "TON" of fees, hey you can't barely feel the discount! Customer service was poor. I remember contacting them numerous times but they are not that responsive. They will reply the next day or you try make follow up with them yourself. The loan officer told us they couldn't offer lower rate but only if we BUY points. That means thousand of dollars charge. No thank you. On the other hand, with Lender City contacted Gregg Harris, he answered all both my mature and silly questions (we are FIRST homebuyers we don't know a lot of mortagage stuff). He was very patient and took time to explain to us. He was not pushy and rushing us in anyway. Their FEES was reasonable and very short than Crestmark. Even without discount or incentive they still are unbeatable. Gregg offered us 4.375% (without buying extra points) that was lower than the prevailing rate that point in time. APR was even lower 4.4% compared to Crestmark. Happy and satisfied we got what we need. Loan Process With less than 30 days in closing. The entire process was smooth and very good. Here's the climax at closing, the Title Company the one that allocates for Taxes in our loan didn't give us the credit that was supposedly for us. That means we will be spending more than $3000 out of pocket at closing more than we expected. But Gregg, was amazing, he was an advocate for us. He fought for us did everything he can do with the Title Comapny so they can made that revision of the Final Loan disclosure making it $5000 LESS from our total cash to close! This incredible true to life story I really wanted share especially who are prospective homebuyers soon so they will know that Lender City and our friend Gregg Harris made a wonderful experience in getting the house we wanted. I can't thank you enough Gregg! To all my Filipino-American Friends reading this review let me say in tagalog: "Dito na kayo sa Lender City siguardo mabilis, maasahan at mababa ang makukuha nyo na interest rate vs sa ibang mga nagpapautang.
