He's also great with helping to decide what would be the best route to follow when making appropriate long term plans. He really cares about his clients! Anytime I call the office, I'm always treated with care and respect. Jeremiah is the first person I speak with and he is also fantastic! He is very friendly, professional and always makes you feel that your call is important. Because of how great Jake has been with the Long Term policy, I decided to have him handle all 3 of my policies. I'm so glad I made the change! Once I changed over the auto policy, Jake help me set up the Drive Safe & Safe app. This year, I got a great discount with my auto renewal policy!! I went into Cornerstone to apply to purchase a home and after running my credit they told me i did not qualify because my scores were in the low 500's. At that point they referred me over to ShowME Credit Solutions to get some help with repairing my credit. They gave me a business card to call them and when i called i ended up speaking with an agent there named Justin. He was very professional and went over everything with me and explained the process. I at that point decided to go ahead and sign up and boy i will tell you that it was the BEST decision i ever made. Not only was Justin a delight to work with but his team was also great. Anytime i ever need to make adjustments with my monthly payments i would call in and the collections manager Brittany was always very polite and willing to move my payment date around for me if i needed it done. Needless to say the results they got on repairing my credit were EVEN BETTER than their customer services skills. They were able in 3 months to raise my credit scores nearly 220 points. Also once my score were back up high Justin setup a conference call with my mortgage broker over at cornerstone and we all got on a call together and were able to get me my pre-approval for me to buy my $260k Dream home! Thank you again Justin, Brittany, & just your whole team! You all were great and i will continue to refer all of my friends and family who are in need of credit repair services to your company!!

If not for St. Louis Home Retention, we would have lost our home to foreclosure. We are…read moreself-employed, business had gotten very slow and we were behind in our payments. We had tried to work with the lender and complete the loan modification forms ourselves but to no avail. I had heard the St Louis Home Retention ad numerous times on the radio and finally wrote the info down and contacted them. I told Steve everything, and it was bad, and right away he said they could help. We met with Steve back in October and he told us exactly how the process works, how long it would take, (it is not a quick process thanks to the lenders) and how much it would cost. We signed on, and then Doug and I spent quality times together with emails, phone calls and paperwork till March, when Doug called me and said not only were we approved for the loan modification but our interest rate was 2% and our payment was over $700 less. Twice the lender set the sale date for the foreclosure sale and all along Doug kept telling me, don't give up. Kathi stayed on the lender everyday to make sure they postponed the sale, while the lender kept requesting more paperwork. Every time the lender asked for more paperwork, Doug would send it to them before the due date, I think he wore the lender down! There is no way we ever could have filled out all the paperwork per the lender's guidelines. Finally, the lender approved us, St Louis Home Retention got the deal done! It was an emotional roller coaster and when Doug called with the fantastic news I cried, I was so overwhelmed with emotions. We will be forever grateful to Steve, Doug and Kathi.
