I was told by one lady these were only temporary teeth and once my gums healed up I would be fitted for my permanent dentures. Only on my next visit I was told that the previous lady had given me incorrect info and the teeth I currently had would be my forever teeth. I then proceeded to let her know that they would not stay in my mouth without glue and I couldn't bite anything without them coming out. She then proceeded to place what looks like pink hot glue in them and said that was all she would be able to do. I have 2 different insurance companies that have been billed a fortune I'm sure for teeth that I am not able to keep in my mouth. So for my experience alone I would not recommend this company to anyone. Update: I have been contacted by them and they are trying to correct the issue and so I will keep everyone posted on the outcome.

They called this morning to tell me that the hygienist wouldn't be there tomorrow. When I asked them what we needed to do because I was supposed to be under IV sedation for all of it. They informed me at that point that the doctor that does sedation isn't going to be there tomorrow either and they had intended to have another dentist pull my teeth without IV sedation (Basically, they were going to get me high on halcyon to where I couldn't advocate for myself and then pull my teeth without the agreed upon sedation). I clearly canceled my appointment and have no intention of letting them come anywhere near my teeth ever again. Now they're holding my records and my dentures, that have already been paid for by my insurance, hostage. And they were probably gonna try to collect on the sedation they didn't give me!

I let her know that was poor customer service. now that's cost my husband days waiting for this appt, when he could have gotten in someplace where they do root canals. She argued with me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I hope Dr. Drew sees this and reaps her a new attitude. Customer Service is priority and on top of it, she gladly removed my next appt. Said they were trying to save me money if that tooth later failed. But pulling that lower tooth which did not hurt, was not infected, was not loose, and only needed a crown, they left me with no way to chew As my upper tooth had no tooth to meet. I have been trying to get in to Aspen Dental as a new patient since around the beginning of May. By now the tooth had broken and I related this information to the receptionist. She rescheduled me for 2 weeks out which was this morning. (I have been trying to find another dentist by now, but the insurance we have makes it difficult.) I got a call from Aspen Dental Friday to confirm my appointment, that there were no issues, I would be seen as scheduled, they just needed to go over details to make sure we were all on the same page. I get there this morning only to be told that unfortunately, they don't take our insurance after all, sorry. I have extreme dental anxiety, so just getting myself to the dentist is a difficult experience. They promised the moon and stars when I was making the appointment, but that was as far as it all went. The hygienist was very thorough as she shared what she was doing as she worked, and I was very comfortable as she took excellent care. Xrays were from a top-of-the-line machine, and everything was very clean and looked brand new and quite expensive. The dentist looked over the films and announced that I needed five crowns, showing me two spots on two different teeth. I walked out in absolute shock, and my spouse staggered when I told him what the dentist had said. Considering most of my family needed dentures at 35 years old, I thought that my teeth would be in bad condition, but not that bad. My spouse's dentist has a more conservative approach in saving as much of the tooth as possible, and avoids using a crown unless absolutely necessary. This dentist is good if you like a, very strong approach toward your dental care and can afford to pay for that approach.
