I initially brought my daughter here for GI related concerns. Initial appt was great and she felt at ease with Dr. Cooper and staff. The next couple of weeks she improved more and after several sessions we had no need to continue on but we did with maintenance sessions since she is active and in sports. Her father needed adjustments so we started on him soon after hers. He had positive experiences as well but of course it was more "work" as he's an adult with a bad back and a hard job. Recently I suffered a pinched nerve of sorts due to my medical issues and I was given the option of a nerve block and since I have done this before without any benefit (you can read my reviews on locations in Oklahoma for those) I opted not to go that route. I reached out to Dr. Cooper for his take on things and he thought he may be able to help. Now I am NOT a fan of chiro for reasons again I believe I reviewed back in CA many many years ago. I stick to PT because it's what worked for me but this was something I felt needed much more focus so I took a shot in the dark with him and let me tell you this man made my whole body feel better in one session. Was my nerve pain gone? No. Sadly. But that may change. But what was gone was YEARS of full body pain and discomfort. I was shocked and while I was sore later that evening, no lingering pain persisted from things that had bothered me for so very long. Go see him. Take a chance. Sessions are affordable in comparison to other procedures and they can bill insurance as well. They also accept Care Credit. Worth every penny. read more

I was recommended by several neighbors. I was seen quickly & the Dr took her time listening & caring for each area I had discomfort in. I slept so much better after my adjustment. Looking forward to returning! read more

The male nurse at the check-in desk made him feel as if he didn't belong there because he didn't "look sick." When my family member got to the back, he was given a breathing treatment and was left in the room over 20 minutes after it completed. He also told the healthcare provider that he hadn't eating in over 10 hours and they still proceeded to give him medication that needed to be taken with food. When he got back home, he was vomiting all over the place. When he got his diagnosis, the male nurse (same person who checked him in) was surprised! He shouldn't have judged a book by it's cover. Just because a person doesn't look well does not mean they don't feel well in their body! Again, he was made to feel as if he just wandered in there off the street. We have wonderful insurance (even if we did not, it shouldn't make a difference b/c healthcare providers should treat each person the same). This family member is a college student in his senior year and needed the help and what does he get? Mistreatment and prejudice! I told him to not visit this place again; at least not on the 3rd shift. The people there obviously didn't want to do their jobs! High reviews? How? I'm very concerned for my family member to get care being so far from home while in college. THIS is why I worry because of people like this! Shame on you, "Total" Care.
