It was so complete and professionally-presented, via email (for speed) and US Mail (for backup). All working steps and materials were outlined. Knowing we needed help quickly, Stephen Flynn found 2 days of "good" weather (18-28 degrees and windy with bright sun) and executed the task within that window of time.
