No one answered & I got an automated message that noted the mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message for anyone to call me back. About a half hour or so later, I got a text from a different number, unknown to me, that simply said, "Please text me." Kind of creepy but I reached out & said, "Looking for land survey for a property I just purchased." 6 minutes later I got a response that only included a contact named "Red Bluff Office" with a phone number. I called the number & A woman answered. She was a bit short on the phone & I had to drag out the process she/they would conduct in order to provide me with the property lines I needed in order to install a fence. That was a week ago. No call. No text, no email. there has been no communication what so ever & reaching anyone, is literally impossible. Thankfully, I didn't pay anyone for anything, which was never asked of me, or I would have done so right away. The woman I spoke with said she'd research to see what she could find & would call the following day. That was a week ago. I don't believe this company is legitimate at all. I really should have taken the fact that no one answered my call & I got a weird, unprofessional terse text back, as a HUGE red flag. Wanting to assume the best, I gave the company a chance. They just ... failed, miserably. My search for a reputable, residential land surveyor continues as Realm is in another realm of reality :/

One big issue that came up that was very difficult for Robert to navigate, that no architect should ever have to face, was helping us identify and fix serious issues after we terminated our original builder. He didn't charge us his five hour each way travel on October 8, 2013 to attend a meeting with Brian the Structural Engineer, a member of the Redwood City Building Department, our replacement builder, Tony of Castillo & Company (see Robert's photo credit of Castillo & Co.), Dave Ross of David Ross Associates and others who graciously attended to help us that day. Robert and Brian were able to fast track the calculations and retrofits to fix the code violations and issues that were not built to the original plans.
