I literally begged him the 8th, 9th and tenth month for a completion date, and he would not provide one. He only shows up at his office for about 20 hours a week. And I doubt he is doing much work outside his office, or he would have finished my drawings. I finally had to hire another architect that had to start from scratch. He completed the project in two weeks and one day for less than a quarter of the cost. My suggestion to anyone considering on hiring Gary Hawkins, DON'T, you will regret it.
