Living room was dry, but the carpet on the stairs was still pretty wet about 12 hours later, but our movers weren't coming until the next day so no problem. I'm at work the next day and my wife's family called to tell me that the stairs are still sopping (24 hours later). I called to see if there was anything that could be done about it, as my movers and wife's family are now over there and are kind of stuck. He explained to me how the cleaning process worked and everything, which was great, and explained that usually it took 2-3 hours to dry. He recommended I "get some fans and open the windows," and although he said "I get it's an inconvenience," also did not offer any kind of apology. He asked bluntly "what are you looking for?" Refused any kind of discount, did not offer to bring over fans/blowers (I don't own any of either myself), and was generally unapologetic and told me "I don't have time to argue about this on the phone I have other customers and clients." Nothing wrong with the cleaning itself obviously, (I think, I haven't been able to see the upstairs) and the carpet looked as good as could be expected given the state of it at the start, but I was pretty disappointed by the lack of sympathy or willingness to help after paying hundreds of dollars for a service. *UPDATE* Jason made things right which was hugely appreciated. Wednesday 10/23 they showed up and cleaned the couch and I venmo'd payment only to get home from work and find dirty water stains on my cream colored couch where they hadn't pulled out all the water correctly. So I texted the number I'd sent the payment through, and got nothing back. I called the next day and was told they'd fit me in that next Tuesday 10/29. Nobody showed up by 4pm so I called again, and was told that if nobody showed up by 5 that Jason, the owner, would personally come clean it on Thursday 10/31. On the 31st I called in the morning to get an ETA on when someone would be there and was told he'd call his guys (again, he had said he would personally come clean it) and get back to me. I have not heard from him since. Suddenly my calls are dropping and then the cherry on top was the 1am call I got (and didn't answer for obvious reasons) and then got my call declined again when I called back at a reasonable hour. This company was hired through our property management company for a move-out cleaning at a rental home in Chico. We were charged $912, which was stated to cover 24 hours of cleaning across multiple days. This immediately raised red flags for us, as the amount felt unusually high compared to prior move-out cleanings we've had in the area. According to the invoice, cleaning took place on 11/26, 11/27, and 12/8. However, on 11/26, my partner and I were at the property all day moving with a U-Haul, and no cleaners were present at any point. On 11/27, I personally returned to the property to remove items from the garage, and again, there were no cleaners there. When we questioned this, we were later told verbally that the cleaning actually occurred on 11/28, 11/29, and 12/8, which directly contradicted the dates listed on the invoice. We were eventually provided with time cards, which showed a total of approximately 15 hours of work. After further review, and with the help of Ring camera footage from a neighbor whose camera faces the house, it appears the total time cleaners were at the property was closer to 12-14 hours, not the 24 hours we were billed for. What added to the confusion was the billing structure itself. Rather than charging a flat hourly rate for the total time worked, this company charges per employee, per their individual hours, which significantly increases the total cost and was never clearly explained upfront. Had we been made aware of this pricing method, we would have arranged for our own professional cleaning service. To better understand whether this charge was reasonable, we obtained multiple quotes from other professional cleaning companies in Chico, all of which were significantly lower for a full-house move-out cleaning. Based on our rental history, we have never been charged anywhere near this amount, even for homes that required extensive cleaning. We made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and fairly by providing documentation, requesting clarification, and asking for an adjustment to reflect the actual time worked. After we sent our supporting documentation, the owner stopped responding to emails and avoided further contact, leaving our concerns unaddressed. At the end of the day, all we wanted was honesty, transparency, and fair billing. Instead, we were left feeling taken advantage of and ignored. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to get written confirmation of pricing structure, documented hours, and clear billing terms upfront, and to double-check invoices carefully. This experience was stressful and unnecessary, and I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

They charged the greedy Hill Properties $437.50 to clean an already clean apt. Since another review also noted that Hill Properties used them as well I can only assume that they have a contract with Hill Properties. Hill Properties is already shady so do with that information as you wish. But I have proof of the condition we left our unit in and can assure you it didn't take them 12.5 hours to clean. I've had cheaper quotes for homes triple the size of that unit and with 2 people it did not take nearly that long (in another comparable city). Obviously I cannot speak to the quality of their cleaning however IF Hill Properties used them when we moved in they didn't dust AT ALL, wipe down doors, windows, window frames or vacuum in the closets. Maybe they'll do a better job for an actual customers home but who knows.
