I needed a digital photo to renew my passport. I haven't gotten one since back when my passport was first issued, and had no idea what had to be done. Fortunately, a Google search directed me to CVS. A CVS clerk directed me to Ryan. And Ryan handled the multi-step process as smoothly as anyone could ask. Ryan probably does this so often that he considers it no big deal. It was. I'd already been to another business which supposedly offered the service; turns out it didn't. So it was a pleasure to work with an employee who knew his business, did it efficiently, and was mighty friendly while doing it. There's plenty of pharmacies around Traverse City. Ryan and employees like him are CVS's competitive edge.

The most frustrating part which I have yet to happen to me thankfully is 3 people that I know have gotten the wrong medication dose from you guys. Whoever is filling scripts needs to make sure they're filling the right dose. A 16 year old family friend received a 2.5mg dose of their BP medication instead of a 25mg dose like they're supposed to. They only noticed cause he started having headaches really bad and thought to double check his meds. Another friend of mine just infor.ed me that they were given 3x their normal strength of seroquil. Another friend of mine weren't able to get their scripts when they were supposed to because of a wrong input and also sent her with a wrong dose of medication for one of the people she takes care of. If they wouldn't have noticed, they would have given their resident a much higher dose than they should have. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! One of these times you guys are going to end up killing someone because of your ignorance. This is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. Do better. I'm definitely going to be looking at switching to hometown so my health isn't put in jeopardy too due to incompetence. I hope if anything happens to anyone due to all these errors, that they hold the pharmacy responsible. I understand human error and mistakes happen, but they should not be happening like this that often. Everyone who works there is more than kind but that dies make up for incompetence

This store has the widest variety of groceries, as well as a hardware section, a pharmacy, a bakery and even fabric supplies! Even a big store like Kroger back in Ann Arbor couldn't compete with this place. I saw a wide variety of products I hadn't ever seen in my tour of Ann Arbor groceries, such as birthday cake Oreos and cinnamon bun Oreos, as well as a variety of Michigan liquor (cherry wine, beer, icewine) and literal pounds of dried cherry products (without chocolate, with milk chocolate, with dark chocolate)! Prices seemed pretty reasonable as well. Stop by while you're in the area for some good Michigan produce, and more. This also seems like a good place to bring the whole family to look see, since everyone should be able to find something new that they're interested to try!

I have had a couple bad experiences here. The guy actually tried to intimidate me and withhold my medication without grounds. In front of my teenage kids!!
