Get home and unbag it and it still has all the stains, smell and feel to it. Have had it dry cleaned before at previous business' so i know it was untouched. yes i understand i should have checked it when it came back but that is still incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. don't recommend this business at all

The once-luxurious texture is flattened in large patches, making it unwearable and impossible to restore. The damage is consistent with the appearance of velvet that was heated or treated with chemicals improperly. I explained the issue to the owner, who argued with me that there is no damage. He even tried to claim it is the lighting and talk me out of my damage claim. He offered no acknowledgement of their error, no apology and would only refund my dry-cleaning costs if I signed a waiver of my right to pursue damages. Further, he threatened to sue me for slander if I posted evidence of their damage to my velvet garment online. This isn't just extremely poor service; it's negligence that has cost me hundreds of dollars. Do not trust them with anything valuable or delicate. I found the owner to be dishonest and manipulative. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to do the same.

On 3 occasions the worker who waited on me said I would have to come back as he had no idea where my uniforms were. The owner who works the counter was out and he was only "doing the boss a favor" by waiting on me. He was openly angry at having to wait on me and told me so.
