Today was especially unacceptable she snapped at me for interrupting her call after standing at the counter for 2 whole minutes. Then refused to help us at all and was extremely disrespectful/rude to my girlfriend and I. I'm shocked by how someone that consistently rude to many local customers even still has a job.

We don't have these down in Texas. I guess our prices are cheaper in Texas by about a buck (plus!) a gallon. But you're not coming to West Yellowstone for the freedom-giving low gas prices are you? You're here for the wildlife. Expect high prices in the only civilization just outside some of the wildest countryside in the continental United States. The pumps afforded more than enough room for my goliath rented sports utility vehicle. Enough room to turn around! The pumps were well lit, clean and functioned properly. There's a convenience store here, but I didn't go in. I was most impressed with the graffiti on the fence by the pump that was hand signed by the artist! Vogue! I'd stop here again- it's located on a signalized hard corner with lots of great visibility and competitively priced petrol.

The station is clean and is your typical gas station - you can pump your own gas at all hours, it's got the window washing tool thingie with paper towel dispenser, and takes credit card. It's located directly across the street from the Days Inn. It actually wasn't the cheapest gas in West Yellowstone, but it was only like two cents more a gallon than the Chevron a few blocks over, so not a huge difference. I would give it five stars but this location doesn't have a Dino Mart like some of the other Sinclairs. But the dino is super cute!!!

He was just an all around genuinely nice guy. Made us all feel super comfortable with the snowmobiles. They offer full "snowsuits" and helmets to keep you warm and safe for your snowmobile expedition! I would suggest you use sock and glove warmers too as they came in super duper handy! The equipment is virtually brand new and way fast! We did 2 days of snowmobiling with Polaris and saw some Amazing sites! They are also a gas station and have the normal stuff one would expect but they also have some gators for your neck and full head balaclavas that some of us bought. This is the one time I can tell ya, the covid face masks come in handy as they keep your face warm. And in regards to covid, everyone within the store wore their masks and encouraged us all to socially distance from others. I highly recommend this locally owned mom & pop shop for your West Yellowstone adventure!!!

We never even left the trail, and were riding with a group of 75yr olds. Sent my friend in to rent the same sled the next day, they are numbered, sure enough they hadn't replaced a damn thing. Our vehicle broke down with a blown transmission in Bozeman, Montana and we required a tow to the…read moreCanadian border through AAA. Mountain West Towing was the only company AAA was able to find available to take the tow, however it took 8 days from the day of the tow request for it to be completed (some of this delay can be attributed to AAA but the earliest Mountain West was planning to do the tow was 5 days after the request). The tow was 100 miles further than the 200 miles included with our membership and Mountain West Towing charged us $1245 for these 100 miles. Upon request Mountain West would not provide an itemized quote or explanation of the exorbitant cost of the tow. Over the phone we were told part of the cost was paying for a hotel room for the driver, which seeing as the total tow was 300 miles (approximately 4.5 hours) and therefore round trip the drive was only 9 hours we can't see why that would be necessary. The driver also verbally told us he was "heading home" after he dropped off the car. Seeing as Mountain West would not give us a breakdown of the cost, we will never know what we were charged for, but you can be the judge of if $12/mile is reasonable or predatory based on the fact they knew we were trapped with no other option.
