I dropped my truck off as scheduled and was contacted upon completion as they said. However, when picking up and paying for their services the cost had now jumped to $ 246.00 with the explanation that they had to purchase an oil filter to complete the oil change. My argument was that the estimate was to include everything as I don't believe you could quote something as a complete job and add an unforeseen such as an oil filter.
