They are located just before you cross the bridge by 177 Ave on Vermont headed north before you get to the 91. They serve: Buche Suadero Cabeza Pollo Asada Chorizo Pastor Tripa Thwh were all good. The pollo was very good, considering most pollo tacos are dry, their's were not. All were seasoned well and you could tell the difference with seasoning in each, they did not taste the same, I will be back. I can't end without talking about their accompaniments, the avocado salsa is creamy, semi-spicy and very smooth with balance. The roasted salsa brings a char smoky and spicy flavor, the smoke segues nicely with the other flavors and enhances whichever taco you choose to add it to. The salsa verde is slightly citric from the tomatillos and gives the acid side to the flavor profile. I enjoyed these tacos and the se ice was spot on good. Update on the way

The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the beef is super tender. I have had it delivered all three times, which allows the noodles to really soak up the flavor of the food. The restaurant serves up generous portions of beef, and it is a tad salty, but I would rather it be a bit salty than have no flavor. They do provide lime, onions, and cilantro on the side. I look forward to eating it again soon.

Just let it cool down for a bit cuz it comes out hot! The tacos are standard street style, just meat served on a corn tortilla. But the meats all have great flavor and are not dry. Really good salsa station, which makes it so good. They have an avocado sauce and a salsa verde, as well as other more spicy red sauces. I usually pile on fresh onions and cilantro, then squeeze some fresh lime. Excellent. I had the burrito recently and it was good, but a little too spicy for me. I like this place, and it is literally 2,000 feet from my house. It is parked inside of an auto mechanic/body shop type business, and there is ample parking.
