This review is in regards to their catering. I will give the food taste between 3 and 4 stars however the service at best a 2 and this is why. When ordering for an event all but a cheese tray and dessert were hot foods. Two of these hot foods were sandwiches, ordered specifically under the "hot sandwiches" section of the catering menu. When the food was delivered they did not have any chafing dishes with them, when questioned we were told we did not order them. Ok, we were NEVER asked if they would be needed. After some discussion they went back and did get them. Now we at this point were a half hour into the event, when they returned they were asked where are the buns for the sandwiches, to which they again replied you did not order them. Now in my book when ordering a SANDWICH it comes with some sort of BREAD. Again we were NEVER asked/told the buns do not come with the SANDWICHES would you like to order them as well. Needless to say we had to make a mad scramble to send someone to purchase buns 45-60 minutes into a 2 hour event where people were waiting to eat. When calling the store afterwards to speak to the manager she was less than helpful and somewhat condescending. I asked about a discount for the problems, was to receive a call back the next day and lo and behold it is now 3 weeks later and no phone call but they did send the bill with no discount! read more
