The other vehicle's rear backup camera is off centered and some cheaper switch was used for fog lights. I didn't mind paying. But I didn't get what I was promised or quoted on. The driver from Southern Industrial (Its been a few months but I think it was Bubba) was incredibly kind to me, and drove literally all night to come get my car and get it back to San Angelo where home is and where i could get the car repaired. Four hours out, hook up the tow at 2am, four hours back! An eight hour tow is not cheap, but their per mile rate was reasonable. Car repairs ultimately took weeks, so I owe it to this company that i got home to see my family that day, and probably saved me hundreds in hotel costs and car repair costs. They went above and beyond, and they worked all night to get me home. Once my car was in town, they even looked at it for me and helped me find a good shop to fix it. Stellar service from this company. Really great.

Worst auto mechanic in San Angelo. I had to use their shop on claim thru progressive for water…read moredamage to the motor. Motor took three different attempts to even get installed. (Partially progressive's fault for wanting a used motor put in. Fast forward a few months and I notice exhaust is spewing into the cabin, no power to engine, and the engine ran so loud it sounded like it had modified mufflers. I take it to Ford who lets me know that there were bolts missing to a portion of the engine etc and that is had caused a leak and eventually a whole to form within the turbo for the engine. Premier fixes their mistake "supposedly" after blaming each other for the missing bolts. Check engine light is now on again and the bottom valve to the turbo which should've been fixed is messed up and they refuse to fix their mistake. The ladies in the office are lovely, however I don't recommend taking your vehicle here if you are a single woman. I knew I should've stuck with Calvert.
