Making an appointment was pretty easy, and they came out pretty quickly to give us a quote on…read morereplacing part of our floor that had soft spots. We accepted their quote for them to do the work, and getting the date scheduled for the work was seamless. However, on the date of when the work was supposed to show up, they called about 10 minutes after the time they were supposed to be there, to say they double booked and wouldn't be coming out that day. I explained to them that I work graveyard shifts and Monday was the only good day for me so I didn't have to worry about not sleeping when I first got home from work to make sure I was there when they got there. They apologized, rescheduled for me that Thursday mid morning so I could at least get a couple hours of a nap in before they got there, and compensated by taking some money off the bill. When they came Thursday, the guy who showed to do the work was really young, but he worked really hard and I appreciated that. However, the corner of the new flooring was loose. Having a toddler, that could pose a problem. So I contacted them the same day, with videos showing how lose the board was. They apologized again, and said they would have someone else come out to put transitions down. I told them the best time to do that would be a Monday for the reasons mentioned above. They said no problem, they would make sure they came out the following Monday morning between 8-9. Monday morning came, and when they were running late, I called them to ask what the ETA was. No answer. I also texted them to (to also make sure I had evidence in case something went wrong) and still no response. I ultimately told them to forget coming out. Trying to get them to come out to do the work they promised/paid to do was really difficult. I'm only giving 3 stars because they did try to compensate and the kid that did the work tried to do the job especially with a language barrier.
