They have beautiful crystals everywhere & it honestly feels more like walking into a spa than a dermatology office. Maddie, Kindra, & Stephanie at the front desk were all so sweet and made everything super easy from the second I walked in. Natalie, the PA I saw, was amazing. She was so kind, took the time to answer all my questions, & I left feeling like I had an actual plan. Overall I had a really great experience & I'm looking forward to coming back (which I never thought I'd say about a dermatologist, haha). Definitely recommend!

I was going to wait to write this review, however I am very pleased with my first two visits and will continue to update this review as the story unfolds. This office uses state of the art lasers to remove the incapsulated tattoo. Having several tattoos I will be visiting quite a few times spaced out which gives time to heal at each stage. Highly recommend this office for your skincare and tattoo removal needs.

I contacted Cosmetic Laser Dermatology because I was interested in a specific cosmetic filler…read moretreatment and wanted basic pricing before scheduling. The experience was disappointing and, in my opinion, not transparent. I asked multiple times for pricing on a clearly defined request: two syringes of cheek filler, including common options such as Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour, or RHA 4. Instead of a meaningful estimate, I was told the price could range from $400 to $3,000. That range is so broad that it is almost meaningless. The real concern is that the practice then expects patients to pay a $250 consultation fee just to find out what the service may actually cost. I fully understand that a physician needs to evaluate anatomy, goals, product choice, and treatment planning before giving a final recommendation. But for common self-pay cosmetic injectables, a medical practice should be able to provide baseline pricing, including consultation fees, per-syringe pricing, and realistic treatment ranges before asking someone to pay for a consult. The staff member I spoke with was polite, and this review is not about the doctors' clinical skill. The physicians may be excellent. My concern is with the business policy and the lack of upfront pricing transparency. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years, I found this approach troubling. Patients should not have to pay $250 just to get basic pricing information for a commonly performed cosmetic service. It creates mistrust and makes the financial side of the practice feel opaque and unfair. I chose not to move forward because I did not feel comfortable with the pricing process. I would encourage the practice to publish clear pricing ranges, train staff to answer basic cost questions, and provide patients with useful cost information before requiring a paid consultation.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Peter Rullan himself. He was kind, informative, and I was…read morevery happy with the results of my Kenalog injections. My initial consultation was complimentary, and I paid $130 for the injections. At that appointment, I was told to come back in three weeks for a follow up. At my follow up, I told Dr. Rullan that I was really happy with my results and did not need any additional injections. We briefly discussed possibly doing a peel or laser in the future, and I told them I needed to look at my schedule and would get back to them. When I went to check out, I was surprised when I was told the visit would be $130. I explained that I had not been told there would be a charge for the three week follow up and that, had I known, I would not have scheduled the appointment because I was already happy with my results. This was especially confusing because my initial consultation had been complimentary and I had paid $130 for the injections themselves. Dr. Rullan kindly came over and waived the fee, and I apologized for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, what happened afterward left me feeling incredibly humiliated. Mary, the office manager, told me, "You don't go out to eat without paying, do you?" She told me that the doctor's time is valuable, that a consultation or even asking a question about a procedure is a $130 fee, and that I was no longer welcome back. I completely understand that a physician's time is valuable, and I have no problem paying fees that are communicated to me beforehand. My issue was never about expecting a doctor's time for free. I simply was not aware that the follow up I had been instructed to schedule would cost another $130. I had actually been very happy with Dr. Rullan and was considering returning for a peel or laser treatment, which makes the way this interaction ended even more disappointing. I wish the fee had been clearly communicated when the follow up was scheduled and, more importantly, that the misunderstanding had been handled with kindness and professionalism rather than making me feel embarrassed and unwelcome.
