Emily always has my best interest in mind, and would make sure to ask me the right questions to ensure that we were purchasing the right home. I loved that Emily was SO knowledgeable about the Cerritos area, and whenever we went to open houses together, I knew that Emily would be able to point out things that my untrained eye would miss. She has the eye to see past the facade of a nicely staged open house, and the experience to re-imagine what a space could look like in the future. When it came time to put in an offer on a house that we loved (and had the Emily stamp of approval), she went to BAT for us during the offer negotiation stage. It was an extremely competitive process and I truly do not believe that we would've been able to purchase our dream home without the help of Emily. With Emily, you'll have a friend, advisor, and realtor for life. I look forward to referring Emily to all of my friends, and really to anybody who is looking to purchase a home.

We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

Upon meeting Candice, her command of the history and up-to-date knowledge of different neighborhoods on a street-by-street level impressed us. We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or bid beyond what we felt comfortable with (we bid on three different homes!). Candice was always very on point in the guidance she gave us. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing. She kept our 3 year old entertained while we spoke with said contractors. Her dedication is next level. I assure you, you will not find anyone better. She is universally liked by everyone from her clients to inspectors to contractors to loan officers, because she is truly just such a wonderful person. Talking with her is like talking with family. We appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and marketing skills he demonstrated. Immediately after we signed the contract he had a photographer out to take pictures and do a virtual tour of our home. The virtual tool is the most cutting edge and innovated marketing tool we have seen used in real estate. John guided us in every step of the selling process and he constantly reminded us not to worry too much, that he would handle everything, and so he did! He made all required arrangements and took care of the process from beginning to end by getting in touch with the homeowner's association, escrow company, termite inspection, home inspection, moving company, etc. thus making the whole real estate transaction as painless as possible. The best part of the whole selling process was he got us a great price of our house and closed escrow in 30 days!! I HIGHLY recommend John (Wallstreet Realty) to anyone looking to sell or buy.
