He answered all my questions and was personable enough that I felt I could trust him for a procedure that required skill & precision. This process involved drilling into the upper jaw ~ there is risk involved! My regular dentist requested that Dr. Rutner use a scan-able implant head; he complied, so when it was time to prepare for the permanent crown, instead of using the old school moulds, my dentist just scanned all the teeth in my mouth with a hand held device and sent it electronically to the lab who made the crown! It saved time and was much better than having one of those awful moulds used for impressions! The end result is a natural looking tooth, so I feel the quality and care was spot-on! In the end, the time frame he gave me was accurate. That is why I don't understand the poor reviews here; my experience with Dr. Rutner's office staff, technicians was excellent. The waiting room times were excellent. The longest wait time for one of my 4 appointments was 15 minutes. There was no problem with the billing. Everything was spelled out in advance, so again, I don't understand why others cited problems. I would definitely return to Dr. Rutner in the future if the need ever arises.

He numbed the area, then didn't return until 12:45--after I heard him playing with his kids for nearly an hour. He tried to place the implant, yelled at me when I moved during the procedure, then said he couldn't do it and just left. No follow-up, nothing! This guy is the worst! They ran out of ice too, so I left the office with some gauze that was it.

They both analyzed my records and symptoms and suggested I wait until making a decision on whether any invasive procedure is necessary. They provided treatment to ease my symptoms and discomfort in the meantime. I've been to a chop shop dentist office before that is just looking to make money instead of actually treating the patient. I would highly recommend this office if you want an ethically sound opinion on your medical condition, whether it's tension headaches, gum or tooth pain, tooth extraction, or jaw pain.

I have no words to truly describe a recent experience I had and how Dr. Weinman came to the rescue…read more It was late on a Friday afternoon a few weeks ago on one of those hot, humid and sticky days outside. I was snacking on an old time favorite Bonomo Vanilla Turkish Taffy which we all had probably over 45 years ago. Besides eating a candy I should never have had with some previous dental issues, I felt something and lo and behold, a crown fell out after being in there for about 20+ years. It was almost dinner time and I panicked and called the office. Grace, one of the dental assistants, was still there closing down for the day and she immediately heard the fear and panic in my voice. She hung up and went to call Dr. Weinman who had left earlier after a normal day of work. He and his wife Stacy, the Office Manager, got the call, pulled over to the side of the road, calmed me down and drove right back to the office. Thank you Grace for being so expeditious in your response to my plea. I was about to leave somewhere for the weekend and Dr. Weinman came back, assessed the situation, calmed me down, and proceeded to cement the crown in once he determined the damage that occurred. He didn't scare me and just told me the truthful facts like he always does and took care of the problem and yesterday was the initial visit to replace the old crown. Dr. Weinman is a very knowledgeable, talented, professional, courteous, caring, warm, friendly and sincere (to name a few) person who just isn't the typical dentist or doctor that many say are in it for the money. Dr. Weinman works long and hard hours and is very current on all dental procedures, techniques, etc. and this is reflected in his state of the art office. The staff respects your time and isn't the typical office where you make an appointment and wait a while. They are courteous and professional and I would expect that since Dr. Weinman is the same way. He has a successful practice and is very devoted to his profession as well as his patients. I can't thank Dr. Weinman and his staff enough for treating me and everyone else like family which is why I highly recommend him as he is the consummate professional.
