I took a class with Melody. She was delightful but I had trouble hearing her at times (may be a problem with the audio system.) The studio is sleek and I like the plants and natural lighting. I like the machines. My one complaint is I thought the workout was just okay. Melody corrected my form a few times and was very encouraging, but I didn't feel as sore as I thought I should be afterwards. Great location near Trader Joe's and a Lyft bike dock! read more

I used to visit this studio when I lived nearby. It's clean, machines are spaced out decently, and instructors are professional. For example, there was one instance in which a random person, likely unhoused, wandered into class and caused a minor disturbance. The instructor handled it quickly, kept the situation under control, and got us back on track shortly. I also feel like core40 really likes their plants. All the studios I've visited have similar plant vibes, but overall ambience is a bit different at each one. read more

This studio is amazing! The lighting is bright and it's fun with live plants strewn about the space. I really like the location, instructors, and machines. This is the perfect place to enjoy a quick 40-minute class over a lunch break or post-work. The instructors really do fit a full body workout in the 40-minute window. I'm not sure I could do it for much longer. 10/10 recommend and look forward to coming to my next class! read more

I prefer the other Core40 locations in SF. This one is older and has pillars in the middle of the room that sometimes block your view of the instructor and vice versa. The sound system also isn't good, so even though the volume is turned up, the audio isn't crisp, so I couldn't hear or understand what the instructor was saying sometimes. This could result in you overworking one side of your body or not using the correct number of springs before looking around and realizing you're doing it wrong. read more

I've been coming to Core 40 for almost 2 years and just recently they lost my trust. PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS. the customer service support is not even a thing, I was charged twice for the month of June. No one has mentioned anything to me or reached back that I would be refunded. I wouldn't be making a big fuss but they've collectively taken almost $460 out of my account. I don't know why, but I'm going to reach out via the BBB regarding this matter because no one has communicated about my refund or if I'll even get a refund. read more

‼DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS STUDIO IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!! ‼ I came in 2 minutes late to my class and was told I couldn't join, am not able to get my money or credits back, AND am unable to book another class. I'm extremely frustrated with both this service and policy. I understand it's part of your 'policy', but if the result is an unhappy customer then do better. The lack of flexibility is insane for people that pay hundreds of dollars for your studio. Why would you make someone commute 40 minutes and tell them they can't attend a class and have no solution for them? Your staff (Amber & Karina) is completely useless. Extremely poor customer service. Start offering better solutions to your customers instead of leeching off of our money. I've also tried this studio before -- one of the worst classes I've booked too :) Lack of instruction & direction. Stick with BodyRok! Stop saying it's your policy when you don't emphasize that clearly to new customers. Or get better management. read more

My friend invited me to join her at Core40 on a Saturday morning and thought, hey- why not give it a try! I'm so very glad I did! I signed up on MindBody a few days beforehand and brought my pilates socks to join in on the fun. The instructor was very kind, gave very specific instructions and was helpful leading the class for those at various levels. I am very much a BEGINNER and the instructor was extremely helpful guiding me through the movements! I had a GREAT workout and body definitely felt it all day and the days thereafter. The studio is very clean, lots of helpful staff and an overall amazing experience! read more

Good workout in a nice studio. The studio is clean with ~12 or so machines. The first class is only 99 cents - what a deal! There are lockers, changing rooms, and bathrooms, but unfortunately no water fountains. read more

Decided why not 99 cents. I went with a friend of mine who like me was on the newer side to Pilates. We had a class with Daniel! He did a great job of keeping the class energized, giving good instructions, and also fixing form. There was about 12 machines in the class and the lighting in the class was dimly lit from some lights above (no real window to let in natural light). The machines definitely showed their wear on the padding. Overall, for 99 cents definitively can't go wrong for a tough ab workout read more

I prefer the lower pac heights studio since it is larger and the check in desk is separate from the studio but the classes are still great quality read more

Came here because my friend highly recommends lagree, and I've been making it a point to kick off the new year by trying lots of new things. When searching for a studio to try it out, Core40 was offering a first class for $0.99. Sounds too good to be true, but can't beat that price -- especially when I'm not guaranteed if I'll like it. My other friend and I showed up 10 minutes early to check in. There's a tablet facing you when you reach the desk, where you can scroll to find your name, and press "check in". The person at the desk asked if we've taken this class before, to which we said no. This was actually our instructor! The studio was a little smaller than I expected, but it was cool looking down and seeing all the mega reformers. We walked to the locker room where we put our stuff (you get to set your own temporary combination. The instructor called us, the newbies, by name (nice touch!) to the mega reformers to do a very quick demo. I found it to be a lot of information to take in at once. During the class, the instructor told us where to place ourselves based off the numbers on the mega reformers. I found it to be a little overwhelming initially, but because we were in the back, it was easy to follow based off of copying those in front of us. We didn't stay in positions for very long- and the 40 minutes went by very quickly. I was sweating!! The whole time was very slow, controlled movements. I had to keep taking breaks here and there towards the end of class. Great experience overall! Note: doesn't seem mandatory to have grippy socks. A lot of us were barefoot. They do sell them at the front desk, though. read more

One of my favorite core 40 studios, close to work and I've been pretty licky with parking!

I had nothing but good things to say about this location until yesterday. I signed up for a 7 PM class with my friend and the instructor Samira turned away my friend for being late to class by 2 minutes. She said "by waitlist policy" she has to give the spot away to anyone on the waitlist if someone is late past 1 minute. ONE MINUTE. Ridiculous Not sure if I'll be coming again after this read more

"Yeah, it hurts sooo good!" Those were the words that came out of her mouth after my first class here with Cat C. She cray. The entire 40 mins. I was on that torture device, I was screaming silently in my head while trying to hold the positions. You know you're in for it when you warm up with the plank. Then you're told to transition into the skater (whille squatting, you slowly extend your right or left leg out, going against the resistance on the machine) or the bungee (on all fours with a bungee cord resting on your heel and you lift your leg up, up, up!) And you won't even have time to think to rest in between because WHO WANTS TO BE A SISSY WHEN IT'S ONLY 40 MINUTES?!?! Some reviewers here compare the Core40 workout to a pilates class. Total B.S. If it was, then it would be a piece of cake! (cake sounds good right now .. ) It's a full body workout, ABSolutely (see what I did there?) focusing on your core, while working out your glutes, thighs, arms, shoulders, EVERYTHING. You want to get a nice booty? Forget doing hundreds of squats, ain't nobody got time for that! The studio can feel crowded because of it's layout. But I like that it's clean, the locker room is bright and the bathroom is well stocked with feminine products, lotion and even perfume. The downside? they don't provide towels so bring your own. Core40 was invented by this celebrity trainer guy named Sebastian Lagree and he's now making tons of money off of you because he had the bright idea developing this workout that incorporates resistance equipment which helps strengthen core and boost flexibility. All I know is he's taking my money (well, my bf's! thanks love!) and I'm STILL working hard for it. There's simply no justice in this world .... read more

I have taken two full body classes and one spin class and they have been decent - similar workout style as BodyRok on Lombard (except BodyRok is more challenging and has better instructors). This review would be at least 3 stars if it weren't for these miscellaneous issues: Issue #1 - Changing Classes Last Minute (not that annoying): A couple weeks ago, I had signed up for a spin class and when I got there, the girl at the front desk said that the spin instructor couldn't make it so she would teach a Full Body class instead. This wasn't a big deal at all to me but a few others who seemed to be spin enthusiasts, were a bit irritated. Issue #2 - Being Locked Out (very annoying): I decide to sign up for a spin class last Sunday at 7:40am. I'm not a morning person so I knew it would be challenging to get out of bed early on a Sunday morning. My alarm went off at 7am and I grudgingly got up and ready. I took a Lyft to Core40 (pretty far from where I live) and got there at 7:42am only to find that the front door was locked. There was no one at the front desk but I could see the lights on in the spin room through the closed door. I knocked several times and after waiting several minutes outside in the cold, I finally came to the conclusion that I woke up and left my warm bed for nothing. I disappointedly called a Lyft home. This is not supposed to be an angry rant, but to help management/owners realize that there are some administrative issues that should be addressed in order to retain customers. Who would want to sign up for a class knowing that they might go all the way there only to be locked out and left in the cold? read more

Took my first Core40 class today and Marisa was my trainer. Absolutely loved it!!! In the beginning I didn't think I'd be able to make it through the entire session but I did whew. I was able to follow Marisa's guidance and she corrected me when needed. I could tell she's paying attention to each student. My muscles are jello right now lol. Did the Core40 Ramped class with Melody on Friday at noon. I was kinda sweating about halfway through class, but didn't think too much of it....after all, I've been working out 4-5 times a week and am decent shape. Right? The soreness started setting in very slightly later that evening as I was bopping about at a Halloween party. It was manageable. It was nothing. The next morning, I woke up and tried to sit up in bed. And I couldn't--my abs, upper and lower, were screaming something fierce at the slightest movements. So I did the next best thing to get out of bed: I rolled over until I got to the very edge, and then pushed myself up sideways. Still sore but much better. Today, it's Monday. I just sneezed and then squeaked "Ow." Yes, my abs are still sore. Guess I wasn't in that great shape...and now I'm a believer and signed up for class on Thursday at the SOMA location! Edit: So it seems quality of workout highly depends on the instructor. I'm a huge fan of Melody, Rose, and Jennie will stick with their classes going forward. read more

Albeit I'm not the biggest fan of the policy with Core40, Nob Hill is perhaps my favorite location (and I've been to all of them). Spacious studio, easy location to access, and awesome instructors. It's a bit more relaxed here and not as busy as the other places, so it gives me a bit more time to get in without risking a late fee. Classes are typically not too full (some classes fill up, as with most studios, but I can usually always get into one of the 8pm classes). Score 1 for Core40 Nob Hill. I don't give out 5 stars easily! read more

Bumping my rating up to four stars. I recently added Core40 back to my regular rotation, and I've been going 2-3x / week. Honestly, the quality of the workout you get really depends on your instructor. With that in mind, here are my current favorite instructors: Amy: Always curates great playlists and thoughtful workouts. She typically incorporates some form of cardio (step ups, weights, or both!) into her workouts, so I consistently get a challenging sweaty workout in her classes. While her workouts are challenging, the spring load is not impossible / form compromising like some other instructors. Laura: Laura's classes are extremely challenging, so there's no way you'll not shake, but she also gives two or three different variations for each exercise, which is great for those who need modifications (whether they are newbies or more advanced). I wish more instructors would give modifications. Laura's instructing style can be described as kind and gentle. Nicol: Nicole's classes are incredibly challenging. I find her Ramp classes pretty impossible, so I've been taking her Foundations class on Sundays, which is perfect. I had been purchasing the 20 class packs, but now I'm on the rolling 10-packs and may eventually upgrade to the unlimited monthly membership. I will need to check out other instructors and report back. P.S. the megaformers at Core40 are far superior to the reformers at other studios like BodyRok (where I was a unlimited monthly member before Core40 and Barry's Bootcamp came to SF). The ramped machines are a bit extra, but it's seriously far super than any other reformer out there, and I've taken classes all over LA, SF, & NY. read more

I am thoroughly impressed at Core40 and the team! I took my first class back in September with Classpass (I always walked by the Core40 studio in Nob Hill). I started taking classes regularly every week and then started to increase frequency. I finally caved in and purchased the rolling ten packs. I have always been active in the gym and various other classes, but Core40 always challenges me and I don't ever feel like I have reached a plateau. I have really been enjoying the Combo class and started incorporating a CoreCycle class here and there. This is the first time I not only feel, but I am seeing really good results with my body, mind, and spirit. Recently I have been taking Allison's spin class and I just absolutely LOVE her classes. Lisa and Heather are amazing for the ramped classes. I have not been disappointed with any of the instructors. I have been telling my friends about Core40 and it is hard to explain to them what the class is all about... I just tell them to come and join me to experience it. Thank you to the entire team for not only being encouraging, but helping me by motivating and pushing me beyond what I thought was my limit. read more

Great workout, friendly and helpful instructors. I've always been fit but been struggling with back pain recently. It miraculously disappeared after my first workout here and never came back. So whatever they're doing here, it must be something right and better for your body. read more

I honestly do not understand some of the negative reviews on here. I LOVE Core40 - it's changed my life and how I workout. I never thought I'd be a morning workout person but I've been doing the 6am core40 ramped classes for weeks now and I love it. I love that it's only 40 minutes but packed with intensity. I have a tendency to shy away from workout classes because it seems too drawn out and i tend to get bored pretty easily. The 40 minute cadece and pacing of this class is just PERFECT. I also like that you can go with your own rhythm/pacing, as there are days I obviously feel more tired than others. The instructors are great. My favorites are allison spivey (she REALLY knows how to motivate/challenge you!!) and melody (she's really good about correcting form/posture). Honestly, all of the instructors are good and so sweet - Allison and Melody are the ones that jump out at me for my personal workout style :) The website recommends core40 3-4 times a week but honestly...i'm hooked! I go like 5-6 times a week, even if i'm sore af LOL i think the entire team there is great!!! Thanks you guys! read more

I discovered Core40 via classpass, and I use of my max 3 visits every month. Their 40 minute reformer classes is one of the most efficient classes you can take in the city. They have this new "Ramped" version of their regular class, and it really brings up the difficulty of an already challenging class. I do other reformer classes in the city, and this one is by far my favorite. It also doesn't hurt that this location is really close to both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods so you can get a workout in, and then get your groceries done! read more

I highly agree with many of the reviews. I AM OBSESSED with Lagree Pilates and Core40!!! I've always worked out and thinking high cardio/running/boot camp is the best way to burn fat and gain muscles. It is true but after having two knee surgeries and many ankle sprains I had to find another way to workout. I've known pilates since I've taken it in the past but the cost was too expensive for my taste for the upkeep. Then all of the sudden pilates workshops were popping up in the city and decide to give it a try. Now, I am obsessed with Lagree Core40 for this is the only way I can sweat/burn and ache in places and loving it knowing it's working. It's not the high cardio intensity but more a slow getting to the core of your muscles kind of workout. The instructors in the Nob Hill location are fantastic. They are very helpful and professional. The facility is very well taken cared of. I have mentioned this form of workout to several of my friends and they are now as obsessed as I am. Give it a try if you are looking for a form of exercise that is forgiving to your knees and still have a high impact workout. You never know you may become obsessed as I am. read more

The Lagree fitness method at Core40 is my favorite way to get sweaty! I usually frequent the SOMA location on weekdays, ( http://www.yelp.com/biz/core40-soma-san-francisco?hrid=324vjFJa850rZ57hd0npng ) and Nob Hill's on the weekend. I can't wait for the Lower Pac Heights location to open soon. Parking is sometimes frustrating at Nob Hill, but it hasn't been too bad every time I've been (just gotta get there before 10AMish and you should be good). I've been doing this workout since October and have seen a transformation in my body already. After the first 2 1/2-3 months I had already lost 5 pounds, and for someone who is generally on the smaller side, this is no easy task, plus for a Yelp Elite/massive foodie too. Also I've been told that my booty is more shapely now (take that Asian flat booty genes)! I've met great people from this workout, including one guy who has been doing it for a year and lost over forty pounds. He told me as well that he has never plateaued from this workout, and I feel the same way too! This workout still kicks my butt and is still hard for me to do at times without a little breather. And those of you who say it's pilates, definitely need to check yourself, because it's so NOT! I prefer the layout at SOMA a little more, but the instructors I've had at both locations are awesome and this continues to be my favorite workout ever. Curious? What are you waiting for? Try it! I've also noticed how Core40 is more affordable than other lagree studios elsewhere in the Bay Area. Though Core40 offers a slew of discounts from time to time as well, making it even more affordable. read more

Extremely underwhelmed. There was few corrections given, a Rudimental album on repeat, and a poorly taught workout. The woman who taught our class lacked enthusiasm-- maybe because she taught a class prior, maybe she was feeling moody? There less little instruction for my boyfriend and I to comprehend thus leaving us sad and wanting to go on a Trader Joes binge to make us feel better. (At least this location has that advantage) There were almost no corrections given, especially since it was our first time, and we accidentally positioned ourself in the front of class. They make no note of "if you're a beginner, you should be on these reformers." Also-- the woman at the front desk was running around giving people corrections. I would prefer if the instructor did this, and I wasn't satisfied with what she was telling me to do. It didn't feel any different from the workout being asked of me. I give this 1 of 5 stars-- Minus one star for the lack of instructors knowledge. Minus another for the interference of front desk personnel. Minus another for the sweaty reformer that I was asked to work on for they duration of class. Minus another for 40 minutes wasted on a workout that did nothing for me physically or mentally. Try again, boutique workouters. This is not the place to see a change in yourself. read more

Holy moly this place is difficult! My holy grail of Pilates in SF is Burn, which I find to be challenging mostly in its cardio (HIIT). Although I've tried a few pilates studios around the city through Fitmob, and some were good, I had yet to settle on one that was challenging enough for me. Enter Core40. I don't have a lot of experience with reformer, or in this case the famous Megaformer, but I had heard that it would be difficult. Core40 will definitely fire up your core, glutes, and every other muscle in your body in ways you do not expect. It's also a modified form of Pilates, so don't expect any mat or springboard action in these classes. You'll be spending all 40 minutes of class on the reformer machine, lying, planking, standing, squatting, you name it, and because of the resistance and counter-resistance springs, you'll be struggling to push, pull, and balance every step of the way. Although there's no cardio and very little weight-training, you'll still be panting for breath and shaking during the class, which to me is the hallmark of a good workout. My first class was with Jamie, who was so sweet, helpful, and definitely a great instructor. She goes from person to person to adjust their forms and give assistance as needed, and has that peppy energy that's necessary for that extra push during classes. She also honored the first free class deal at Core40, although she did let me know that they just stopped doing the deal, and now first classes are $10. The studio has one room with 12 reformer machines, another room for spinning, a giant locker/changing room, and a couple of bathrooms. No shower on premises. They also have a location in SOMA and one opening up in Lower Pac Heights. read more

I love Core 40. I have been going to Core 40 about 2 years now, and I've met wonderful instructors. My favorite is Melody. She's very attentive and always corrects forms and answers any question I have after class. I've taken Cora Wo's class a few times so far, and it seems like she doesn't want to answer any questions after class. Today I asked her to correct some forms after class. She said after she checked-in other students, she would come to me, but she never did and I found her chatting away with another student. I went to her, but then she just walked away, which I felt disrespectful. This wasn't the first time she had ignored me. I talked to some students, and they said Cora answered their questions and corrected their forms. Then why is she discriminating against me?I just wanted to have correct forms so I can have the best workout experience. That's it. She made me feel so bad that it almost felt like it was personal. Core 40 is expensive and challenging. I need an instructor who corrects students' forms when they ask for help. I will keep attending, but I have no choice but to avoid Cora and let everyone know this is not acceptable. read more

So, I'm a yelp-posting virgin-but I love this class/Dominique so much, I had to change my ways. First of all-all of the Core40 instructors are challenging as the work out is HARD! That said, Dominique blows everyone else out of the water. She somehow makes it fun through the pain and is mysteriously motivating and I'm able to do at least 3x as much work in her class as I'd anticipated and always walk out sweaty yet happy. I generally don't love structured classes, yet somehow her class seems so individualized with the best soundtrack ever, that it inspires one to not even cheat! And on days when I really wanted to cancel, I found myself looking forward to class as she kicks your ass, by always introducing new moves/routines (so you aren't ever bored) and has adorable anecdotes. She's amazing and if you want to get strong, enjoy it, have someone committed to safe form, as well as have the most efficient work out ever-sign up for Dominique's class ASAP. read more

This studio is amazing. Nothing has gotten my body whipped into shape faster. I initially started coming here after suffering a run-induced lower back injury. My physical therapist told me I needed to strengthen my core. A friend told me about Core40 and how it's similar to Pilates -- only better. And it was easy to give it a try with their introductory price. I run, climb, lift some free weights and play hockey. But none of it comes close to exhausting my body, and building endurance and muscle tone like this workout. Huge bonus: it's only 40 minutes. Yeah, that 40 minutes can feel like 40 hours as your body trembles to complete the low-impact, high-intensity workout. But after a morning session, I feel awesome and am ready for whatever stress the day throws my way. It's not as cheap as running. Obviously. But if you're serious about getting your body into top shape, or quickly shedding pounds (and I mean quickly), then this is the place. Worth. Every. Penny. P.S. -- I'm not going to tell you who my favorite instructor is because I don't want you filling up all the available spots. ;) read more

A negative review couldn't be further from the truth. Great location. A clean and aesthetically pleasing facility. The staff are professional and genuinely supportive. I grew up playing soccer and constantly try to find new ways to get a full body work out but this was on a different level. After one (FREE) session I realized my core needs MORE work and my balance increased like crazy, picture this...I'm standing in the aisle of the 2 Clement Muni bus going up and down a hill WITH NO HANDS!! It's a fantastic workout for muscle and core strength - and it'll surprise you, but it will make you sweat. You'll work muscles in your body you never knew you had! If you're a former gymnast, ballerina, dancer or are big into yoga/pilates and don't mind hip-hop/dance/EDM then you will most certainly love this workout. The studio is spacious, kept very clean. They're very thorough and friendly with new students if you let them know you need help and will keep an eye on what you're doing to correct your moves. I also find the machines aren't as squished together as they are at the Pac Heights studio. It's also very close to my house and while running errands in the neighborhood on the weekend, I have no excuse to not jump into a workout. I like most of the instructors, although there is one gal that I'm not a fan as she constantly mixes up the terminology for different stretches/moves or does them differently than other instructors and pretty much everyone is lost and annoyed by the time class is over (I forget her name). You pretty much can never get in touch with the studio, though, unless you happen to catch the instructor sitting at the desk in between classes, signing people in (which is about a 5 minute window). They always suggest coming in to talk with them, but seriously who the hell has time for that? My review overall for Core40, not this studio, is what makes it not be 5 stars. MindBody is by far the worst software company to partner with, many studios have fallen victim to this, and to book a class is a giant pain-in-the-ass. You can never tell when a class is full or empty on the site, only if you use the mobile app. It's difficult to switch in between studios and to figure out how many classes you have left on a package. Time to build it yourselves, Core40, or find a new technology vendor. I also wasn't aware that if you cancelled after the 12 hour window that you lose the class on your package - I thought it was a penalty fee charged like when you don't have a package and just bought the class. For a 20 class package, I ended up losing 6 of them in total (one I was able to recover due to illness and my asking for it back, otherwise would have been 7. There needs to be better, clearer language on how your cancellation or no-show policy works. read more

Jamie rocks out every class! I'm sore in all the right places for days! She has a lot of passion and knows how to inspire you to keep going and push through the pain! It's an amazing workout but as a beginner it took me about 6 classes to really feel confident with the machine. I originally started because of back and shoulder injuries, I immediately felt a difference in my body and by the 3rd week I was pain free. I'm truly grateful to all the teachers that have helped me and made it a really fun experience! read more

Holy H-E-double hockey sticks. Let me preface this by saying I work out about 5 days a week, two days are usually pilates reformer. So I am no stranger to reformers or being in shape. But I've never used a Megaformer before. Within ONE MINUTE of using this machine I was breathing heavily. Within FIVE MINUTES I was shaking. Within TEN MINUTES I wanted to quit (which I NEVER feel during a fitness class, no matter how hard it is). The only thing that kept me going (and not crying) was the teacher Ashley who came around a bunch and adjusted the machine for me, helped me complete the moves, or just generally gave encouragement. Luckily, it was over in 40 minutes (the longest 40 minutes of my life, though I was still surprised when it was over). When I walked out and down the street my leg muscles were still quivering. Three days later I was wincing when I even LEANED against anything. So yea....you'll get your money's worth with a class from here. I just wish they had studios in DC; I would be the most sore but most toned person ever. read more

Madison is amazing! GREAT WORKOUT! This is the first time I've ever done a pilates reformer class and it definitely kicks your butt! Its challenging yet quite rewarding all in 40 minutes. I've done it 3x so far and after the 3rd time I feel like I've gotten an easier handle on it. Not that its EASY but, easier than the first haha. The space is very clean and new. The class sizes are on the smaller side too which I love. Madison is encouraging, positive, and motivating. She'll go around and adjust you or help you out during or after the class as well. Sometimes trying something new can make you feel a little intimidated, but she made everything at ease and welcoming. I definitely feel a difference in my core, back, and booty in just these few classes. I strongly recommend you guys to give it a shot and try a class with Madison. After all, the first class is FREE so it doesn't hurt to try (just maybe a glute or two.) ;) read more

Really great full body work out! It's a version of Pilates but way harder. My arms and legs were shaking the whole time and I could immediately feel the difference. The instructor was nice and informative for the newbies like myself. It's pretty fast paced, there was no pausing between exercises -- they would explain the next exercise in the last 15 seconds of the current exercise. They really utilized the 50 minute work out! Only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is they don't provide towels. I don't understand why work out studios don't provide towels?! Everyone was sweating and it gets in the way of working out. read more
