They offer a variety of class times, allowing me to be consistent even with working full time. In addition to Pilates reformer classes they offer a variety of group fitness classes and fusion classes. I also love how they offer the opportunity for private sessions- that is something that has really helped me in my fitness journey. The instructors are amazing, professional, supportive, knowledgeable and welcoming. Music playlists are always on point. Special events throughout the year too! I cannot recommend this place enough!

You can tell that they do this because they love it, and they genuinely care about each and every member. Paid $180 for zoom sessions that were generic and then cut down to $100 a month for a cut and paste workout that was the same 3 workouts for a whole month. Completely ignored when I communicated with the owner 5x in the manner in which they told me to communicate. I'm really sad as I invested a lot of time and energy into this program. Expect to be treated poorly.

So I bought the largest personal training package available. Right of the bat I stated receiving texts about him not being able to show up to a session for one reason or another(5-10 sessions in). We talked about it and he apologized and said it won't happen anymore. It continued and he became short and rude with his response to me about being unhappy with his lack of ability to keep a session time. Fast forward to 26 (out of the 50 I purchased) sessions spread out over 5 months when it was supposed to be 2 months because of the amount of cancelations. I can understand once or twice, stuff happens (to me too), but it was 16 times. Then he ghosted me for a few days when we were supposed to have a session. At that point I was irritated and wanted to talk to him about what we can do to better the situation, he responded with "am I going to get a lecture?". So I asked for a refund and he then ghosted me for another week then claimed to be sick at home (so sick to be able to make a phone call or send a text). So the next time I talked to him on nov 30th he says he will take care of it. It is now December 19th and I have tried to get ahold of him numerous times to no avail. So I have taken steps to pursue him in small claims court.

He stole her drink and called her terrible names and threw her drink away. She told management and nothing was done because they have a private relationship with him and she's new so clearly they would take his side they seem like they really like woman beaters at this gym. My girlfriend made sure to not be rude back because had she been rude back she would not be alive. He looked like he was roid raging and was mad that she was lifting more than him on "his" machine. This place is disgusting and shameful they need to be sued. We cancelled our membership their pool and jacuzzi was pretty filthy anyway and they are too cheap for air conditioning that's why your always hearing about people fainting or having heart attacks at this gym they have absolutely no air flow plus it looks like a prison somewhere in a 3rd world country that praises woman beaters not to mention, they don't even have enough parking outside like where are we in San Francisco? Their cameras don't work if anything happens to you or your things your toast
