Sure enough I found P.J. and man he did a great job. He's a craftsman a perfectionist and has a passion for sharpening. He was able to pick up the knives and bring them to me when he was done. It only took a day. He said the blades never had an edge on them. In fact he says he's noticed a lot of sets don't come sharp anymore.
