Throughout the years I've tried everything from weight training to cycling to yoga and several types of martial arts. I can say that very few workout hit your body so completely like a good session of kettlebell training at Elevate. In one short hour you will get a great workout and walk away fully satisfied. Sure, you will be sore the next day...but no pain, no gain..right? The owner of Elevate and also head trainer Brent is superb at what he does. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned athelete, he always give you suggestions and tips that cater to your specific needs. And since classes are typically small (from 6-10 people), you will get plenty of attention and help when you need it. I will not go into details of what we do in class. Emma's reviews already covered that pretty throughly. What's more important is that IT WORKS! For the past 6 months I've been with Elevate, I've gained lean muscle mass, lost fatty weight, and developed core strength (and when your core is strong, EVERYTHING ELSE is strong). I now live a very busy lifestyle and going to Elevate 2-3 times a week for just about an hour each time has been doing wonders to my body. I've been attending two morning classes a week with Brent, the owner, and have already seen an improvement in my biking. Each class is different so I don't get bored and enjoy the kettle bells more than I expected. We use TRX, kettle bells, the spin bikes and do some yoga. Each time Brent makes sure my form is correct so I don't hurt myself. I enjoy the classes at Elevate and find it way easier to work out than trying to self motivate at the gym. The monthly fee is great compared to other studios in town so it makes it easier to take care of my health.

Being retired, I go at a time where there are other retirees; however, younger women go, too. For us older ones, the equipment and the cardio platforms are great for keeping us in pretty good shape, for as long as we can. Youngest member is 26, oldest is 92! The Yoga body stand it' OK but it's 10 feet tall so I had to put it outside on my back lawn. The Omni Stand is 8 1/2 feet tall, so I put it in my bedroom. I've used multiple trapezes. The Superior design of the Omni stand itself gives you an unlimited number of movements, forms and poses. Absolutely incredulous mobility! You can even parkour if that's your thing. Video gamers will know what I mean. I've only had it for one night but already I can see that it is so comfortable and it's so functional. I can literally sleep on it if I wanted too. The Omni Gym Pro Works offers So many gadgets. A head rest, A pillow for when you're near the floor, padded feet cushions to stand on. Another stretch hammock, butterfly straps, ab cushions, Even some other stuff I haven't even tried yet. Instruction postcards are also included. I really like the head cushion for when I'm lying on my back suspended in midair. I couldn't put it together myself because I foolishly took out all the pieces and got them mixed up. It's all numbered so it's easy to put together if you follow absolute instruction. I had to call my good friend Paul Dassonville, to assemble it for me. He had no trouble doing it. Only thing , the base was a bit tall but I added carabiners for length . I already had several spinning pieces and cabebeners so it was no big deal. I got the 8 1/2 foot stand. When I work my way up physically, I'll be able to remove the carabiners .Other than that everything else is an absolute dream! In fact I'm ordering some more stuff just so I have extras. Augustine and Sarah were the coaches that I interacted with I told them some of my specific limitations and they were very hands-on in monitoring movement standards to make sure that I was comfortable with the workouts. The other members in the class were very welcoming and it was nice to have that hometown feel where everybody is just looking to get a little bit better each day while suffering through the process.
