My initial impression was good because they have a lot of good morals and they are actually teaching the little girls good technique. However, after a few months, I started to notice that there was a lot of distraction happening, especially in the little girls class. The instructors focus was to try and convince even younger little girls maybe two years old and younger to try and come in to take the class. The instructors attention to the girls sitting on the floor with their parents Was more than 50% of the class this really distracted my child. I had my in-laws and my husband also take my daughter when I could not and they did not have any nice things to say about the class. They mentioned that expectation was way too strict for little girls And my husband did not like the atmosphere that was set by the owners-- he said that they were not friendly toward him at all as a first time parent parent taking his child. As a dancer, myself with a degree, I also understand that temperature is important in the studio, but in the summer months it was way too hot almost 80°. I don't think this is an appropriate temperature. I don't think they carry themselves in a nurturing and comforting way. We have found the climate to be very militant as opposed to relational. They are diplomatic and do nice things for the community, but not enough to keep us here. We will not return to take class.

She's even instructing her 1 year old brother on it, ha! The patience that Ms Cindy exudes is that of mother Teresa. I for one couldn't handle 10 three year olds in the evening with all their attitudes and frequent bathroom trips but she does so with grace and ease. There is also a viewing window for all the family to observe their little one dancing. Super friendly and approachable staff. It seems dancers start here and continue all through high school. I told them over the phone she has never been to daycare and would have anxiety going to class. I was assured Ms. Cindy was great and they have experience with handling toddlers and the hardest part was for the toddlers to leave their parents but not to worry they know how to handle it and come the next day for a class. Well there was no introduction let alone communication about this and the teacher asks as class starts is she new? I say yes and she grabs my crying daughter into the studio. My daughter cried the entire class. The teacher would stand over my daughter when she was crying which is an intimidating act to a sitting toddler. After class I ask the teacher about class and she points at my daughter and says, "she can tell you." Well my daughter is 3 and all she was capable of telling me was the teacher was mean and told her to stop yelling. The teacher asked to speak to me after class. But instead of privately speaking to me, she proceeds to very loudly in the lobby in front of all the other students and parents start to ask private questions very loudly and lecture very loudly on expectations in her dance room. Understandable but absolutely not a discussion to be had in front of the entire studio. No empathy or understanding that we are just getting her comfortable in public in this pandemic. No masks worn by any staff. Just very angry, upset, disappointed in how my child and the entire situation was handled and we will not be returning to this studio after our treatment.

Definitely a group I was hoping for her to befriend. She tried out for the dance team last year & made the JV Squad. We were delighted that this year when she tried out she made the Varsity team for next season! She has been practicing like a maniac to make sure she represents the school & Coaches in a positive light. At the Spring Show we were thrilled that the coaches brought in a few local dance studios to show us their stuff! Fierce Factory blew the roof off the stage!" Or as the kids say, "they ate it up!" INCREDIBLE is the only way I can describe what we witnessed!! I asked our Niece how we could support her & what she needed from us for her to continue growing academically & physically. She asked for some help with dancing! (Her leaps & turns could use a little help.) Of course I got online to contact FF right away! Dara was very friendly & welcoming! Supportive, & is very familiar with our high school team & what our Coaches look for! After her first class my niece was smiling, seemed to be walking taller, & was so excited about what she learned! Now we just need to create a nice dance space at home for her to be able to practice every thing she will be learning!! Highly recommend this location & program! In hindsight I wish I had enrolled her in FF before she tried out last year.
