Just wanted to take a minute to share some love! These guys (and gal) we're wonderful. Our living room is west-facing, lots of windows AND a cathedral ceiling. As you can imagine, it gets pretty warm in the summer. Anyway, we wanted a ceiling fan, but because it is a cathedral style, most companies recommended we install it off-center. Sure, we could have, but we didn't want to. Without existing electrical, they got it wired up with switches and everything it needed. They also installed the fan for us. They used a particular style of bracket for this type of installation. It looks wonderful, it's sturdy and it was done correctly; no Mickey Mouse stuff- just what we wanted. They always returned calls, emails, etc., quickly. Totally professional but friendly to boot. Can't recommend them enough! We'll be calling them if we need more electrical work in the future! read more

Kevin was professional, showed up on time and completed the project to my satisfaction

Everyone was great and easy to work with. Great company, honest bid, and good work. I would recommend.

Have been wanting to work with this company but no responses to questions and no one there when I call. Surprised with their 5 star rating.

Keith and Chris are very professional and prompt. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

I was pleased how quickly they responded and the professionalism they demonstrated. Fixed my problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. Would recommend them. read more

Speedy to answer the phone and send someone out. Told it would be 2-3 days for an estimate, and received nothing. No email or call back at all. read more

Very responsive! Messaged them on a Saturday, thinking that I'll get a response by Monday morning and they responded within an hour. Didn't use their services, but appreciate the quick feedback and availability. read more

Fantastic Electrician! This was such an easy process. I needed a porch light replaced. I reached out to 6 electricians via Yelp message. J&M responded the most timely. We scheduled a time for a free estimate. Their rates were reasonable and after discussing the price with my husband, I reached out to schedule the appointment via Yelp. Beatrice was amazing and responsive. We set up an install date and my porch light was replaced in under 30 minutes. I was sent the invoice via email and paid with PayPal. Super easy! J&M will be my go to for all electrical needs from now on. Highly recommend! read more

Core Construction Management Group - Mission light. - Electricians Near Me - Santa Clarita, California

These guys are Amazing!! We received an estimate from them for a big commercial job. I have to admit I was skeptical at first from looking at them online and noticing that the company wasn't as big as some of the vendors we normally use but since they were referred by a trust friend we gave them a shot. So glad I did! Kevin came out gave me a bid on the job and the price was too good to be true. However when it came to the service I was blown away, the knowledge they had was astonishing! We had other bids that were extremely high and J&M not only beat the price but did it in a timely manner with a great service and positive attitude! No matter if the job is big or small these guys are the ones to call! read more

Core Construction Management Group - Amazing job upgrading our data center - Electricians Near Me - Santa Clarita, California

I'm buying a little house that's 100 years old and the inspection showed a number of electrical issues. J&M quickly and efficiently upgraded the indoor concerns over the course of a few hours one morning, then returned the next day and took care of the outdoor wiring while I was at work. Great work, friendly service and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended! read more

We are grateful for J&M work again! Thank you for your help and kindness! I strongly recommend this wonderful business to everyone. read more

I highly recommend this company. My electrician has moved to a farther place and I was in need of a reliable and professional electrician in Santa Clarita. Beatrice responded right away and had asked the kind of service I need. It is a big plus for me as a customer to have a company and even better the owner responded on time. Given the fact I believe that I sent messages in Yelp on a weekend and unfortunately their office was closed. But I got a response as soon as Monday hits. I was able to get an appointment convenient for my time during the day. They will provide their estimate only after they did the service, they will not give a quote unless the job is done. They came right on time, very helpful and they explained in detail the cause of the problem and how they fix them. I highly recommend. At least we have a good and reliable electrician to call. read more

Quick response, very friendly and helpful. Had a outlet that didn't work on the patio, found a reset switch in the garage. That fixed the plug. It was very nice to speak to someone who was fair, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Thank you read more

Amazing electrical company. Firstly... Very Professional! This review would be three pages long if I wrote every good thing about this company. Gonzolo, Chris and Keith were amazing. Punctual, experts at their craft, communicated, detailed, went above and beyond. Do yourself a HUGE favor and have these guys do your electrical work. I have dealt with a couple dozen contractors over the past year in regards to quotes, work, etc... and J&M are simply the best. Shout out to Skyler as well... you are awesome. read more

This review is a few months past due, but I wanted to take the opportunity to recognize J&M's great work. I first called to get an electrical box upgrade for my EV chargers. Jeff came by to look at the job and gave me a very fair quote. Overall, everything turned out well, and I had them back again to install an exterior light above my garage. Just like the first time, great job. A few months after that, I upgraded to a tankless hotwater heater. There wasn't an outlet nearby, so I called Jeff. Just like the first two times, they did a fantastic job. Jeff, Beatrice, and his team are honest and hardworking, and if I ever need more electrical work done, they will be the first ones I call. read more

Spoke to Hannah a few times, very personal and wanted to help. Because this company is extremely good at what they do, they are in constant demand. I would rather use a company that is in demand knowing that they will not only do the job I need completed in a timely manner but will be completed in an excellent manner. They are trustworthy and fair. read more

Our oven stopped working all of the sudden, and after going back and forth with a repairman, we contacted J&M Electrical to see if our problem was within the electrical themselves. We were quickly contacted by their office and scheduled for a free consultation within 30 minutes of contacting them through Yelp. Gonzago, our electrician, quickly found the problem and was able to fix it within the same day. He was patient with our questions and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Highly recommended. read more

We had an issue with our GSCI outlet. Joe was able to come out the next day. He was on time, courteous and respectful. It was a simple fix and he fixed it within 5 minutes. He even tested all my outlets in the kitchen. I was expecting a service call fee but he waived the fee saying he is not going to charge a fee for a 5 minute simple fix. I also inquired him about the EV car charger and he gave me options on where and what to install. His quotes on EV car charger appears to be reasonable as well. I highly recommend J&M electrical for all your electrical needs. read more

I can't recommend these guys enough. Came out exactly on time and was able to diagnose and fix a very complex issue within minutes while also teaching me what I missed when I tried to fix it myself. Definitely my go to electricians from now on. Thank you Jeff!!! read more

We recently did some remodeling and our contractor's electrician became busy.  This led to me go through the grueling process of finding someone from scratch, which we all know is very tedious and stressful.  This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we found Jeff and his team.  I had a few companies provide bids and chose to go with Jeff, his pricing was fair, he had a good attitude and was knowledagble about what we wanted while being honest.  His team was great, friendly, punctual, and clean.  They came the time they said they would, finished the time they said they would, and always gave me an expectation and time frame of what to expect for whatever portion of the project they were working on. Me and the family are VERY happy and will use Jeff and his team for all of our electrical needs.  I have other projects we are planning and can move forward with them knowing we have someone capable for any electrical issues that might come up. read more

We had an electrical emergency this morning. J&M Electrical was super responsive and very professional. We felt very fortunate to get same day service and the problem quickly solved. I'm sure this was a small job for them but we received the service of a top tier customer. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use them for all of our electrical needs moving forward. I highly recommend J&M Electrical! read more

If you need an electrician be sure to give them a call, before anyone else. We decided to upgrade our old 1960s zinsco panel, received multiple bids, theirs was very competitive. after a conversation with Jeff I realized unlike other companies they are care about the customers experience along with solid work ethic. We couldn't be happier with the final job and the process of installation and inspections. Props to Jeff, Kevin, Nick& Nick and Skyler. Thank you guys for making this such an easy experience. read more

We needed an outlet put in our garage so we reached out to J&M Electrical. They came out the same day we called and gave us a very reasonable quote. We had a problem with our GFI switch constantly shorting out and setting off the breaker. I even had it replaced before and it still did the same thing. So I searched Yelp for another electrician and found J&M Electrical. And I'm glad I did! When I called the receptionist, she was very polite, professional and making an appointment to fit my schedule was a breeze. The Electrician showed up on time and was very professional, personable and polite. I told him what the problem was and he diagnosed the issue in no time. He did not try to up sell or replace unnecessary parts for no reason. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up any mess or dust. Everything has been working perfectly since! I'd highly recommend J&M Electrical to my friends and family, and I will definitely contact them for any electrical needs in the future! read more

According to Hannah, who answered the phone. They are no longer taking clients because they "have enough work."

J&M Electrical is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. Kevin came out the next day after I called, and gave us a thorough and honest estimate. Scheduling the work appointment through their office was effortless, and a crew of three (quote was for two) showed up on time. Nick and Josh were very professional, and reviewed the landscape lighting job they were there for. The work they did was top shelf, almost to the point of perfection. They cleaned up afterwards and Nick made sure we were satisfied with the lighting, which I should say was spectacular. He even returned several days later (by appointment through their office) to tighten some screws and inspect the project. If you're looking for an honest, economical, and professional company, look no further - these guys are it! read more

I had a sparking issue on a plug for my dryer. I was so impressed. With most contractors I have grown accustomed to disappointment. This was the opposite experience. I called them at 10 am and they were at my doorstep at 11:00 which is the time they quoted. No window. Wow. Nick and McLain were informative, respectful, and new their jobs well. The were done in 30 minutes. I was a very happy camper. The price was very reasonable also. It's all about people, product, and price and these guys are rock stars in all three of the Categories. I highly recommend. I'm also looking at higher them for a panel upgrade which I inquired about. Great job J and M. read more
