I love the different rooms/sections, it feels super easy to navigate. However, the parking situation is pretty bad. If the Crunch-o-meter says "moderate", you'll have to circle the lot a couple times to find a place to park. There have been multiple occasions in which I've had to give up on going to the gym for a few hours/the day because there was nowhere to park. They also play the music insanely loud for some reason. I'll have my headphones (which are pretty good quality and can drown out people speaking before getting to "damaging to hearing" levels) on full blast, and I'll still be able to clearly hear the radio over my own music.

The reason that it is packed is because it's the best gym in the area. The most I've ever had to wait for a machine is maybe 10 minutes. I will pay those 10 minutes to be able to go to this facility. The front desk personnel are fantastic. When they welcome you in, it isn't like some gyms where the comment is an afterthought, they really hope you have a good workout. Even though it is a new gym, they do a good job of keeping everything in good shape. The trainers are the best! They have a good variety of personalities so you should be able to find someone who can help you reach your goals. I've worked out with three and seen other trainers working with clients. I haven't taken any classes yet, but friends have said that the classes are really enjoyable. I have done a HIIT workout challenge, which was really needed to help me get out of a rut. Highly recommend!

On Mon/Wed/Fri they focus on cardio, and Tue/Thur is dedicated to strength training. The staff is really nice and friendly. Not to mention, they're ALL hella ripped #bodygoals. They're so encouraging and they provide modifications if you're not able to perform a particular exercise. The trainers are also great at providing input if you may be doing something incorrectly. This gym is clean and they provide cold towels after a hard core work out. I'm always drenched in sweat at the end. I love the environment here - everyone wants you to get better. Whether you have fitness goals or want to jump start on your summer bod, I highly recommend trying F45. If you attend classes consistently and eat right, you will see results.

I went into the room and there was a smaller group which I usually love. The instructor was not the most accommodating to different learning styles as she wasn't following along to what she was saying. Instead, she kept repeating the errors but not mentioning who needed to fix it or how. I did feel the most welcome at all and it was a challenging class so some guidance would've been helpful. Not sure if this place is for me.
