Cordray Roofing is exceptional! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. They went above and beyond what was expected with every aspect of this job. My experience with Cordray Roofing was great! Sam met with me and the insurance adjuster assure me that the adjuster was thorough. Sam also stopped by on several occasions to drop off shingle and gutter samples, to check on the work progress and to personally verify that all trash & nails were cleaned up when the job was complete. As this was my first insurance claim as a home owner, I was uncertain about claim terminology and policies. Jeff Cordray took time to explain everything to me and even stepped in to deal directly with my insurance company on my behalf to help me get the most benefits from my claim. The supplies were dropped off early on a Monday morning and the work began a couple of hours later. That evening the roof was done and all trash & nails were cleaned up. On Tuesday, the dumpster was removed and Sam returned to do a second pass through my yard for nails. The following week, they had my gutters replaced in a few hours on a Saturday morning. Cordray Roofing was highly recommended to us. Being a locally owned company was a plus. They could not have been more honest and reliable. It was very easy to communicate and work with all of the Cordray Roofing team. We were able to upgrade to class 4 which will save on our home owners insurance. They were able to provide us with locations where they had done work so we could see first hand what our color selection would look like. Contacted Cordray roofing about replacing my roof. An hour later they came by and measured it up and gave me a fair bid. My roof wasn't leaking so going into winter they were upfront about the scheduling, based on other jobs they had that needed immediate attention and the winter months coming they did tell me it could be several months. On a Monday in February I got a call from them saying Wednesday of that week the temps were to be in the 50's and they could roof it that day. Shingles and dumpster showed up Tuesday, they did the tear off and shingling Wednesday and the dumpster was gone Thursday. All while I was at work. Cordray roofing was great. We were up against a deadline to get our roof repaired. They inspected the roof and found wind damage which led us to an insurance claim. Their cost aligned with the insurance estimate and quickly scheduled a roof repair/replacement. The work was done per that schedule which allowed completion by our tight deadline. The work was good and thorough including some needed repairs. Area was well cleaned up including a second pass for nails. The roof looks great and has the Class IV shingles for extra impact strength. Paperwork sent quickly to allow a quick review by insurance and quick payments. A great experience. We would recommend them to anyone. read more

Cordray roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They provided us several examples of roof colors for us to look at in person so we could choose the one we liked best. Once we signed our contract they were able to provide us the week they would be able to complete the replacement and they stuck with that date. We also had some additional concerns with our windows that we contacted them about and they went the extra mile and were able to identify the issues and resolve them.
