I brought in a leather bag recently to see if they could repair a small rip. Instead of attempting to fix it, they simply told me that it would be better if I didn't repair it as it would cause more damage. Usually, you would expect them to repair it, and regardless of the final results, they will still find a way to make money off of you. This honesty thing is important these days. I would feel at ease to bring other items for them to repair.

There are two girls that work there. One of them is very professional (the younger one) and another…read moremuch older long dark haired one seems miserable and bitter to be working there. The second one is more on her cell phone then anything else. I left my boots there for repair and when I came to pick it up I was served by the miserable one. Each time I have any interaction with her it ends up being difficult. Just because of her, I avoid the place and I hope the manager fires her and gets someone who actually knows how to do customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!…read more The heal on my favorite pair of designer shoes came slightly unglued so I took them off immediately and brought them in to get fixed. I was told by the owners wife that it was an easy fix and was asked to come pick up my shoes on the following day. When I came to pick my shoes up few days later, I notices the the heal was pointing towards the inside of the shoe and was completely crooked. When I pointed the problem out to the owners wife ( Who was there at the time ), she said " ok, I'll show it to my husband, come back tomorrow" I let another few days pass, before I was able to return to pick my shoes up and to my big surprise, no correction was done to the heal. I was told by the wife of the shoe maker that it doesn't look that bad and that there is nothing to do about the problem. After demanding to talk to the shoemaker, I was told by him " lady, you asked me to glue the heal, it is now glued. I did my job. It is not my fault that you don't know how to walk properly and that you purchase cheep shoes, no go away". I did try to remain calm and explain to him that the job he did was unacceptable and that I can not walk with the shoes looking that way at which point he capt on repeating over and over " You asked me to glue the heal, it is now glued. go away" Please do not waist your time or money, you're better off fixing you shoes yourself than going there.......
