We worked together to come up with a price/package that met our needs and chose Matt Bender as our primary photographer. Our engagement session gave us a chance to get to know Matt and for him to know us. When the big day came, we felt very comfortable with him and he (along with 2 other photographers) did a great job managing our family and bridal party for group shots. Many guests commented that our photographers were awesome throughout the evening. This skill should not be overlooked when you are evaluating a wedding photographer! In the end, we were thrilled with the quality and variety of pictures. The photo journalistic style captured the true essence of the day and there were a lot of really fun shots. To top it off, all of JPG's wedding packages include a DVD or thumb drive of high-res images with personal use rights - which means you have full flexibility when it comes to albums and prints. I called OK Video and Tricia was wonderful and assured me they would try and fix the vhs tape and have everything ready and copied in the next week or so. When I walked in Tricia greeted me with a smile, looked at the tape and said it probably won't be a problem. I got a call a few days later that it was all fixed and copies were made. They not only charged less than they told me, but gave me a discount as well. They were accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond in my opinion. When I asked the gentleman that fixed it how bad it was, he said it just needed to be put in a new tape. It was not that bad and it only cost $15 to replace the vhs tape. I am so thankful that after my Father passed away, that I can share this gift of his video with my siblings this Christmas. Even got to squeeze in an engagement session which I highly recommend, it was helpful to meet them prior and get to know them before my wedding day. They worked within my budget and went above and beyond to help me make my day run smoothly, down to creating my timeline for me. They are professional, they are responsive, they are amazing at what they do. They are very open to customizing any package that you see fit to accommodate what you want captured for your day, video & photo included. I opted with 2 photographers and 1 videographer and feel that was perfect for me. They are detail oriented - down to the groomsman taking their phones out of their pockets!! They asked me for each individual family members names that I wanted to make priority day of. They made sure to capture all my necessary "must have" pics : The little things that I missed the day of my wedding!! The quality of their pictures is top notch. Their turn around time amazed me, I received a sneak peek photo the day after for me to post, then received a few more 1 week following with the remainder of my album (about 850 pics) in less than a month, fully edited. I booked photo & video together and I highly recommend using them for both. I have watched my video about a million times and truly am in love with how they captured my day, they even included drone footage. My video turnaround time was about 4 weeks, including a 1 minute trailer, 7 minute trailer, then all raw footage on a hard drive. I am so happy I found them and couldn't be happier with their work.
