I agree with N. B. 100%. I myself have been with Doctor Corcoran for almost 20 years. Not only is he an excellent and caring physician, he is also an amazing acupuncturist. Never misses a convention, and is always up to par with new studies and techniques. I had multiple neck surgeries 20 years ago, and was in pain 24/7 back in 2002. I had just gotten involved in a project/investment that required my presence 7 days a week. I asked Dr C if he can help me with it at least for a year, so I can focus on the project......... AND HE DELIVERED!!!!!!! About a year later we started decreasing the frequency of the sessions and believe it or not, that was it. I have been a patient of Amy Berrol for 10+ years and i love being her patient. She is a caring and compassionate individual that excels as a medical provider. To her, i give 10 stars. Unfortunately, Dr. Corcoran not so much. Dr. Corcoran does not seem to understand what continuity of care means. Recently i had a experience where i was "mailed" a prescription that was never received. I contacted the office (Thank you Terry!) and decided to wait a couple of days to no avail. Contact the office again and was informed that My PCP was on vacation, explained my situation to Debbie (office "manager") and asked her to then have prescription mailed to work since they seem to always have a problem mailing me, although no one else is. After 1/2 day, she calls to inform me that they wont mail a new prescription because Corcoran is not "familiar" with me. Mind you these are not narcotics. When i again told them i have been off for a couple of days, Debbie' s response was "well, there is nothing I can do" i asked to have either Corcoran call me or i could call at a time most convenient and was told that was not happening either. I am sorry, but if you have my 10 years medical records to your disposition and you are that lazy to take a look since you are the MD of the practice and rather not be bothered by those pesky little things such as patient care, maybe is time to change profession. read more

I have just read Mr. Viktor H's "review" of Dr. Corcoran, and while I regret he appears to have had a hard time getting his Rx mailed from RI to Texas (it seems that's where he is posting from), I cannot disagree more with his review or his characterization. My experience with Dr. C. and this office has been beyond excellent. I have been Dr. C's patient for more than fifteen years, I have multiple, serious medical issues, and managing my medical care is a challenge. Dr. Corcoran has always provided superb and timely care, and done it with expertise, kindness, and compassion. He has always had time to speak with me, in person and on the phone. He has been, quite literally, a lifesaver. I cannot imagine a better general practitioner. His entire staff is just as exemplary. I consider myself lucky indeed. read more
