If I could give this practice a zero I would. I have been there twice to see Letitia Horrigan, DO and will never go back. My first time there I was placed into an exam room and told "the doctor will be in shortly " ...45 min later she walked in without an apology or explanation. Her exam was not complete and as a physician, I knew what she was supposed to do. She also took the liberty of calling me by my first name without consent. Not one person in the office introduced themself. My second visit was cut short because I had weighed myself in the morning since I had an afternoon appointment and I had eaten lunch. I did not think it was necessary to be weighed again..The dr walked in and refused to see me if I didn't step on the scale. At that point I walked out. I'm a 63 yr woman and she treated me like a child! Never again! read more

This facility is no longer a physician owned primary care practice. It was sold to a "for profit" corporation. Since then the primary practice care quality has dropped dramatically. I myself and several friends have had horrible experiences with this office. Several long term medically trained excellent employees have left this practice. Beware. read more

I was a patient here in the late 80's and early 90's. I left because Dr. Damle, initially kind and caring, became more and more indifferent. However, after some research, I began bringing my elderly mother to Dr. Ulana Farmer. She was so good to my mother that I Ieft the PC I was seeing in Warwick and switched to Dr. Farmer, who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and timely. When she retired, I was heartbroken. She was kind enough to give me three choices. When I asked her whom she would choose, she responded immediately,"Dr. D'Souza." I have never had a better, wiser doctor. He is never late, so I try to return the courtesy. He never fails to follow up in any situation requiring it. I am already worried about what I will do when HE retires, though I am hoping that is still many years away. The staff is courteous and never fails to return phone calls in a timely fashion. I feel fortunate to have such good medical care close by. read more

I can't say enough good things about this office. They are so efficient that I will get phone calls giving me x-ray and blood test results the same day. Prior authorizations and referral are requested through an answering machine, and that same day the other drs office will have received it. So efficient and I have found staff extremely polite. I highly recommend giving it a try. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. The office is cold and unfriendly. I showed up on time with all my paperwork already filled out. I waited in the waiting room for about 15 mins. which I thought was great. They proceeded to take me to exam room and take all the vitals with absolutely no emotion or talking. She told me Dr Pouliot would be in in a few minutes have a seat. I then waited one hour and no one came at all to even give me an update. I walked to the front desk to tell them I was leaving as this was unacceptable and I was there to see if I wanted to use her as my primary care. They looked me up on the computer verified I had been waiting and just said OK and I walked out. Not even an apology or she will be right with you. Not a practice you would want to trust with your health. read more

This place is TERRIBLE! The women behind the front desk all look frazzled and do not know what they are doing. As I was checking in a woman next to me talking to another woman behind the desk was very upset that this office lost her records! When it was my turn to see the doctor for my throat that was inflamed and full of pus pockets the doctor looked at it and said, "looks to be strep." I asked if he would swab my throat to get a concrete conclusion that this was in fact strep, he said testing was not necessary as he would just write me a prescription. I went to a walk in clinc down the road where a strep test was done and came back negative! These people only want your money and do not truly care about your health. I do NOT recommend this place at ALL! I have switched my primary care since and will never return to this place. This was not my first unsatisfactory visit here. I noticed a small rash on my arm so I decided to get it checked out. The doctor simply looked at my arm and said, "doesn't look too serious and sent me on my way. I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate which caused the rash, but "nothing serious" right? This place should be shut down. read more

They are not responsive, they are really terrible. Today I called for hours and could not get a live person on the phone. If I can't get in touch with my doctor when I am sick what is the point? I can understand being ignored when it is just an annual exam but what good does it do to have a doctor that doesn't respond when you're not feeling well. read more

I'm sure they have some doctors there who are good, caring people. However, my Doctor NITIN DAMLE just doesn't care. He will never return a call to discuss results from tests he ordered, one, in particular, was a cat scan of the lungs for nodules. I picked up the results myself and was extremely distressed by what I read so I went to his office and asked if I could talk to my doctor. After about 1/2 hour the receptionist told me he said to make an appointment. I could go on won't. It saddens me to see how cold and uncaring the world has become. I really needed him during this period as a person who would care for me during an extremely difficult time in my life. read more

Four stars for our Doctor who is so good that I have my husband, both my girls, my sister and mother all swing her and we all think she is professional caring and very on top of things in a proactive manner. My husband has a terminal illness, my sister has immune issues and mother heart condition and our Dr. is helping manage all these issues in a way that is guality of life oriented. She is the best. The office is difficult when it comes to picking up phone and it is difficult to schedule annuals if you miss one but other than that we all feel very fortunate to have our Doctor. read more
