The colors and blooms were intentionally chosen, and I paid for the "premium" tier to ensure a large, beautiful bouquet. What my mom received looked nothing like the photo online -- it was smaller, had a fraction of the flowers shown (only one rose instead of several for instance), and was filled with inexpensive filler blooms instead of the premium stems I paid for. The overall look wasn't even the same color palette or theme. Honestly, it feels like a bait-and-switch. On the day of delivery, the shop didn't call me (the sender) -- they called my mom, saying "we have a delivery for you and need you to come pick it up." That completely ruined the surprise. She wasn't in the area and had to change her plans to go pick them up, only for them to call again later saying "we found your address, they'll be delivered." ...You mean the address I already provided on the order form? When I called to ask what their normal process is, the woman told me, "When we don't have them, we change them -- and if people aren't happy, they call and we just apologize." That level of carelessness is shocking for a business like this. I understand minor substitutions happen, but this was a major downgrade in both quality and quantity, and at this price point, it absolutely deserved a call before they went ahead and made the switch. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and misleading -- the service, communication, and product were all subpar, and unfortunately, it came across as a scam more than a professional florist.
