Out contractor told us K&T was good to him so we checked it out. After looking at mowers there and 3-4 other places it seemed they could easily take care of any issues easily. The salesman sealed the deal when he told us that after Nov 1'st they did free pickup and delivery is the mower required work. I thought Ky folks were honest but I am starting to wonder. The mower has a couple warranty issues as well as some routine maintence which I tol them in SEPT. They put us on the list and now the last week of Feb 2025 the mower is still setting in the garage! Not sure when the grass turns green for mowing and we called to make sure we were on the list which they told me we were. 5 months and no action. We had an absolutely horrible experience buying new cabinetry for our house. We confirmed and paid…read morefor the purchase on November 1st 2022. We were told that if we did not order by then we would not get the discount. So we ordered by the date, but our order was not put in until 8 days later. They still honored the discount, but I felt rushed to make a decision because of the "discount end date". The only day we went in there to look at things they turned the lights out and rushed us out because they were getting ready to close. The first time the cabinets were delivered one item was damaged and several were ordered in the wrong size. The new items came in January and these items were ordered in the wrong color. So now it will be March 2023 before our cabinets are installed...if they were ordered correctly. I've contacted Lumber King multiple times and they were no help. After they got my money they did not contact me back when I had questions or follow through on things they said they would do. I've also contacted the cabinet company Kraftmaid and they have not returned my call. I would recommend going somewhere else. Absolutely horrible experience.

On most days you can find laminate or ceramic tile flooring, lawn and patio furniture,an abundance of appliances, sinks for bath and kitchen and lighting fixtures or ceiling fans. Occasionally they will have items like plant holders, grills or rugs but most items are deeply discounted so inventory is depleted quickly and changes daily so check back frequently. I would have given 5/5 stars but the lady who is the cashier( and may be the manager) is rude, rolls her eyes and speaks condescending to everyone. If she had a good attitude the place would be stellar
