My kid ordered flowers for me for Mothers day . The flowers were dying the first day. I took them back and showed them . They pulled a couple out and threw a few back in that didn't even match the the lavender spring mix . I pulled one out that was droopy and she said that's still alive and I showed her where the flowers were falling off of it . She was very rude and unprofessional. Ordered two arrangements for a funeral in London. I live in Ohio. I guess they thought I would not be at the service. Flowers were nothing like the picture I ordered $84.99 for them roses, carnation, white drop flower do not know the name. Got a basket with the cheapest flowers daisy's and carnations greenery and a big ribbon to hide that there were no flowers look like you sent $30 to $40 on them maybe? I was embarrassed. Sad that they take advantage of people in there time of sorrow. Will never recommend this florist or ever order from them again. Called and complained, they just said oh we can substitute if we do not have the same flower. What florist does not have roses? If you did have to substitute why not make it full of what you do have.Sad and feel taken advantage of. Ripped off that is all there is to it! $140 spent and there is no way they even came close to that. $ 177 with fees total. They should feel ashamed taken advantage of people. read more

I spent a lot of time picking out the right Mother's Day flowers. The ones that got delivered were nothing like the picture, not the same color scheme antrying. I called the lady said she would fix and deliver them that afternoon. Once again not even close. I understand substituting some flowers but this is so disheartening. I picked out a cotton candy bouquet with pink roses, pink mums, nothing looked even remotely close to what should have been delivered. Don't waste your money here! read more

I ordered a flower arrangement from Carousel for my Aunt's funeral service. I ordered the largest selection of the item i choose. I very lovely tea cup filled with white and pink roses. I have sent this before from a different florist and have also received it. Carousel did a horrible job. There were no roses and the flowers did not even fill the tea cup. I called and spoke with someone immediately following the funeral. That was a week ago and I have not heard back. I would suggest not going to this florist. read more
