I ordered it medium, but it was totally overcooked and tough, with no pink inside at all. It made me feel bad that a duck lost its life just to be overcooked. The duck was beautifully presented, though, with a side of carrots, mashed veggies, and a mini mushroom crepe on the side. The sides were easily the best part of the meal.
