They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. I feel as if I have made our community stronger by going with a local business rather than shopping online. See the pictures for the cut out. I will only use Unique Impressions for my future t-shirts, signs, life-like cut outs, posters, graphics, etc....... I am a BIG fan.

They do embroidery (any article of clothing they can do! and in bulk too!) or screen printing of clothing or heat press. I recently had a baby and designed some cute onesies for my baby. The embroidery that they can do is also awesome! Any color, design, font etc (great for family reunions too or just cause!) They also do lots of paper printing- whether it is business cards, fliers, brochures, banners for advertising your business, window decals for anything, advertising on vehicles, making removable decals for a bedroom, stickers for anything, photo printing... it's amazing. Whatever you need- they are always work with me on my budget. Production is in-house, so they are accountable, and timely. This was a gift of Blantons bourbon (which is hard to find and I had to special order) with two engraved Glencairn glasses, as well as the bourbon bottle engraved. UPS found a way to break one of the engraved glasses . I am absolutely over this entire experience. And bc of the foul mood I was already in walking into the store, I had no issue matching the shit energy of the person there who gave me my package. I hate even saying that but I've just had it. UPS: you failed miserably in this entire process. Two chances I gave to correct the issue and both times with no customer service. This is a formal grievance against UPS and the complete failure of customer service associated with the company, including the inconvenience of this particular location. I paid 2 day air shipping for an item I needed prior to the weekend. Order was processed and sent out on Tuesday for an arrival of Thursday. The package required a signature so I needed someone to be home. Time frame given was 12:30 - 4:30. During the day Thursday, I get a notification that my package was delayed and would be delivered Friday. I did not have someone to be at home for that day so I rerouted (and paid an additional $6 on top of the $48 expedited shipping charges) to a local access point so I could get my package Saturday morning. I called UPS and found out that the local access point wouldn't receive the package until Tuesday! I asked for a Supervisor and he did not assist me and tried to blame the company shipping the item. So, nothing was done to resolve my issue of needing the package by the weekend for an event. I work in Johns Creek but live close to this access point so I figured I'd leave work early to get here and pick up my package (deadline for it is 6/4). I got here at 6:02PM, rushing, and they were closed. So this is ANOTHER DAY of waiting to get a package and clearly can't get access to bc I can't make it here within an hour from leaving work, and this location does not stay open a minute past their closing time. Overall, epic fail. It is insanely rare I write a bad review but even with the customer service being nice, there was still no resolution other than "you'll have to get the package on Sunday". I have not been this pissed off in a very long time. There should've been a refund and an effort to get the package to me in the time frame I requested. And as I sit here in front of this access point writing this review and on the phone with UPS filing a complaint, I have seen 5 other people walk up and realize they were closed. ADJUST YOUR BUSINESS HOURS.

I'm with the previous reviewer on this one…read more I talked to this guy about six months ago on behalf a client and he quoted me a super-reasonable rate. The client wound up cancelling the project so I didn't get a chance to use his services but I kept his original quote and contact info to give referrals and also because I knew I'd have need of his services at some point in the future. When I called him last month with the exact same project - he quoted me DOUBLE the rate. And I'm talking a difference of $250. When I asked if I could get one draft / mock-up, just to check color saturation, first he said no. Then he said yes - and that it would be $10 and it would be printed on a similar paper - not the actual paper / folder itself. During our call - he sounded annoyed - completely different than my last dealings with him. And I shudder to think that I actually referred clients to this nutbag. I guess some people might get good prices and great customer service - but it seems to depend on the day you call and his mood.
